Sam Mathis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was respectful and courteous. He pointed out the bearings, rollers, and cables that have the wear and tear on them. The broken torsion spring was replaced in good time. The 5-year warranty on parts is a plus. We received a coupon in the mail for $20 off labor. Jordan did a great job. The lower seal on the door was probably the original seal...and getting it out and a new seal installed was more difficult and time consuming than any of us anticipated...requiring some additional help and different seal. However the guys from Precision got it done and did a great job. When I get new doors...Precision will be at the top of my list. Thanks

My installer was Brandon. He was very polite and pleasant to deal with. No high pressure sales and he knew his product. I called first thing Monday morning and the garage door spring was fixed on my rental house garage by noon the same day, now that is SERVICE! Most other companies should follow this example. 100% great service! I reached out at 9 pm after our door opener broke. The scheduler set up an appointment within 15 minutes for the next afternoon. The new opener was installed and working great, with clear communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Excellent response. The buttons in my wife's car stopped working. I could not determine how to get them reconnected to the door opener. They set me up for an appointment the next day but called to inform me that it would be another day due to a job that ran longer than anticipated. We finally agreed on them coming out late int he afternoon but I received a call that they had a tech who would be there during the initially agreed time span. Tech arrived and very shortly had the button in my wife's car working. Very pleased as always. I have used their services in the past and have never been disappointed.

I am very please with Precision. The morning of my appointment I was texted the name, short bio and picture of the technician assigned to my house. Sam (technician) texted me to ask if he could come early as he was running ahead of schedule. He arrived exactly when he said he would; explained what he found and several options to fix the problem. He was polite and well-versed on garage doors and openers. Sam fixed the problem in no time flat and my garge door was working beautifully. Sam was great. I would recommend Precision (and Sam) to anyone!

Precision came out on Labor Day to access my needs. They had the parts we needed and came out two days later to do the work. The guys were efficient, worked quickly and paid attention to details. Best part- singing of “Delta Dawn” while working!

I had Caiden and Ryan Smith here to repair garage door. I had them repair everything on it. Chain to belt drive, new rollers and other things also. They answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable about there job. They were so efficient and fast. My door always jumped when opened and slammed when closed. Called for a service on my springs since my door wasnt closing correctly. Technician Brandon came out on time (Even stated they could be out earlier) and did his saftey check then ran some diagnostics to see what needed to be prepared/changed to get my door working again. Had my opener replaced which came with a new keypad and two handheld garage openers along with the ability to open it remotely from my phone. I also replaced the cables which the technician pointed out were on their way out and will cause the door to become damaged or crooked. For the area that we live in I believe all this was affordable and came in under $1000. Service was completed after about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Bryce, was qucik and diagnosed my issue very fast. He took my word that I had a coupon for a maintenance service discount. He said, "we have these all over! I'm sure you had one when you called in." He lubed and adjusted my door, which is almost silent when opening and closing now. Nice job and very professional!

Precision was fantastic. My wife and I first worked with Bill to select our new garage doors, openers, and to receive a quote. Bill was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Because of Bill we decided to go with Precision, and not seek out a second quote from another company. On the day of install, Brody and Sutton showed up to put the doors in. These two were great. Both were personable and professional. They cranked up the tunes and went to work. Brody said it would take about 4 hours to install, it took 3 hours and 58 minutes. Give or take a few minutes. They did a great job and the doors look fantastic. Precision is lucky to have Bill, Brody, and Sutton working there. Great people. We are very happy we went with Precision. Bottom-line, if you're looking for a new garage door and don't care how it looks on your house or whether you get quality service, then go with some other company. If not, choose Precision. That way you will get a quality door and fantastic service. And maybe you'll get to meet Bill, Brody, and Sutton. Thanks Bill, Brody, and Sutton. Keep up the great work!

Great service today, very fast at taking care of our garage door problems. Sam was the technician, he did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, replaced a broken spring. He went over all of the parts of the door and told me their condition and if it was something that needed to be replace now or was something down the road. I decided to have him replaced everything that he saw had some wear on it. They were fast and he showed me everything that he did and why he felt it was something to think about doing now or in the future. Thank you Precision and thank you Sam for a job well done.
