As expected, the inspection revealed much more that they wanted to do, but gave me the option to have the work done that I needed done. The tech did a great job and repaired the door to make it functional again. I liked the service and would have them back again. I recommend Precision Garage Door to others who are having trouble with their door.

Kyle did an excellent job! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He walked through everything he was seeing before making repairs and gave me options for repairing my door. He walked through all of the repairs he completed prior to collecting payment. He also alerted me of another worn part that I was unaware of. I chose not to make that repair today but they’ll be the first ones I’ll call when I need my next repair or replacement door.

My door mechanical parts and auto opener were both worn beyond proper functions. Kyle diagnosed, made helpful recommendations for repair and completed chosen repairs and replacement in a very polite and professional manner. We are very pleased with his performance. My garage door stopped working the day before I was to turn it over to the new homeowners. Precision answered and responded quickly to my emergency. They responded within the hour, in the early evening. I am so grateful for their understanding of emergencies and to offer quick service. My technician was very nice and very helpful. I checked reviews and saw the BBB rating before calling to schedule repair on my garage door. Blake arrived on time during the time frame given and did a great job. He made sure I was able to get to my son's soccer practice on time.

Our 20 year old garage door finally gave out. Called at 10...we could not lift the door at all, and we needed our car! They were at the house by 1230 and replaced the entire mechanism. Friendly, and the garage was a bit cleaner after they left! We highly recommend Precision Door.

My torsion spring broke on a Friday evening. I called Precision Door Service early Saturday morning. The person answering my call was very friendly. Within 2 hours Jeffrey was at my place. Precision Door stuck in my mind from previously seeing a commercial on TV. I was kind of in a panic as my car was in the garage and the door was down. I called in and a very pleasant, friendly gal answered the phone. In a very quick conversation she assured me that she could get a repairman out yet that afternoon, probably in 4 to 6 hours. She told me he would call about 30 minutes before coming. Well, it wasn't 4 hours, it was 2 hours and relief was on it's way in the person of Bryce, a very professional and knowledgeable service tech.
