Grant S. came to my home as I had a broken spring. Upon review of my 20 year old system with Grant, we found opportunities for other repairs and updates. Grant is so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He presented options for me to choose from, then spent hours out in the cold to ensure the work was complete. I am so thankful for Grant, and Precision’s prompt response. I will be sure to continue to use Precision because of Grant’s fine work!

Once again, Precision Garage Door has provided top notch service. It was really great to see Kyle again. Easy to see why he is your lead technician! Kyle did a big job for me last time he was here and today he was kind enough to stop by and program the garage door remote in a new car I bought. He also did a quick check on everything and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Kyle is very good at his job and a friendly, helpful, and courteous young man. There's nothing worse than waking up and your garage door won't open. There's nothing better than having someone there to fix it in an hour or so. Sam did a great job! He assessed my situation, fixed it and told me of any possible future issues without trying to sell me. This is the second time I've used Precision and I highly recommend them for their prompt and courteous service.

Grant was great he called when he was coming. Very through, explained everything that was needed to be done. Gave me estimate, used parts that were still good. Done in very timely manner. Cost more than I thought it would but door was messed up more than I thought when I called.

I called precision to simply replace a new gasket on the bottom of my garage door. Employee arrived and had never seen a door/gasket type like on my garage door. He stated I needed a new door. I proceeded to pull up the p-bulb gasket needed on my phone. He took a photo of it and called his manager. He stated he did not have that type of gasket and cannot help me today. As he was leaving I asked if he was coming back or what the next steps were. He said he would ask his manager. It’s been over four weeks and not a word. But of coarse I got charged for nothing done.

We had a broken spring on our door, so I called Precision. They were able to send a technician out the same day, who was within the time they'd given us. Our tech, Worth, provided a full inspection and ran through the options for repair. There was no pressure to select one option over the other. Once we picked the repairs to complete, he had everything needed to get it done on the spot. The door works perfectly now.

This was my first experience with Precision Door. Jordan Andrus was my service provider. He did an exceptional job. I had very noisy motion movement and a seal issue at the bottom of the poor. What I appreciated was that he first diagnosed the issues, suggested multiple solutions and then let me decide. There was no upscale or pressure. There is more I want done in the future and I’ll definitely call Precision and request Jordan in the spring to complete the services suggested. I now believe the TV adds. Sam Mathis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was respectful and courteous. He pointed out the bearings, rollers, and cables that have the wear and tear on them. The broken torsion spring was replaced in good time. The 5-year warranty on parts is a plus. We received a coupon in the mail for $20 off labor. Quick response played into our selection of Precision.

The lower seal on the door was probably the original seal...and getting it out and a new seal installed was more difficult and time consuming than any of us anticipated...requiring some additional help and different seal. However the guys from Precision got it done and did a great job. When I get new doors...Precision will be at the top of my list. Thanks

My installer was Brandon. He was very polite and pleasant to deal with. No high pressure sales and he knew his product. I called first thing Monday morning and the garage door spring was fixed on my rental house garage by noon the same day, now that is SERVICE! Most other companies should follow this example. Excellent response. The buttons in my wife's car stopped working. I could not determine how to get them reconnected to the door opener. They set me up for an appointment the next day but called to inform me that it would be another day due to a job that ran longer than anticipated. We finally agreed on them coming out late int he afternoon but I received a call that they had a tech who would be there during the initially agreed time span. Tech arrived and very shortly had the button in my wife's car working. Very pleased as always. I have used their services in the past and have never been disappointed.

I am very please with Precision. The morning of my appointment I was texted the name, short bio and picture of the technician assigned to my house. Sam (technician) texted me to ask if he could come early as he was running ahead of schedule. He arrived exactly when he said he would; explained what he found and several options to fix the problem. He was polite and well-versed on garage doors and openers. Sam fixed the problem in no time flat and my garge door was working beautifully. Sam was great. I would recommend Precision (and Sam) to anyone!

Precision came out on Labor Day to access my needs. They had the parts we needed and came out two days later to do the work. The guys were efficient, worked quickly and paid attention to details. Best part- singing of “Delta Dawn” while working!
