Noticed that my panels on garage door had sunlight coming thru and then saw screws had pulled loose from the hinges. Called Precision at 9:20am and within an hour the service tech was there to fix it. Even though it wasn't an emergency you showed up immediately. Tech Brandon show me what else was or could go wrong, wrote up the estimate, which I approved & repair completely quickly. Great reaction time, tech work & customer service. Thank you

I chose Precision because they came out last year when our spring broke. We called on a Sunday night I believe and they came out the next morning and repaired and installed a new opener. Reasonable price and excellent service! I called them out yesterday and they were here this morning. Nothing really wrong , but technician checked it out and told me everything was fine. His name was Sam and he was friendly, professional, and courteous. They didn’t charge me anything. Sam said he was in the area and it was under warranty. I highly recommend Precision!! David james

There's nothing worse than waking up and your garage door won't open. There's nothing better than having someone there to fix it in an hour or so. Sam did a great job! He assessed my situation, fixed it and told me of any possible future issues without trying to sell me. I called precision to simply replace a new gasket on the bottom of my garage door. Employee arrived and had never seen a door/gasket type like on my garage door. He stated I needed a new door. I proceeded to pull up the p-bulb gasket needed on my phone. He took a photo of it and called his manager. He stated he did not have that type of gasket and cannot help me today. As he was leaving I asked if he was coming back or what the next steps were. He said he would ask his manager. It’s been over four weeks and not a word. But of coarse I got charged for nothing done.

We had a broken spring on our door, so I called Precision. They were able to send a technician out the same day, who was within the time they'd given us. Our tech, Worth, provided a full inspection and ran through the options for repair. There was no pressure to select one option over the other. Once we picked the repairs to complete, he had everything needed to get it done on the spot. The door works perfectly now.

This was my first experience with Precision Door. Jordan Andrus was my service provider. He did an exceptional job. I had very noisy motion movement and a seal issue at the bottom of the poor. What I appreciated was that he first diagnosed the issues, suggested multiple solutions and then let me decide. There was no upscale or pressure. There is more I want done in the future and I’ll definitely call Precision and request Jordan in the spring to complete the services suggested. I now believe the TV adds.
