We needed to get into the garage since there was no other walk door to get in. Called Precision and they came later that day. They were very fast, thorough and very professional. If I have any more issues with our garage door I will definitely call them.

Wow! We called the office at 2:20pm. We were told we we receive a call between 4pm and 6pm. Bryce called at 4:30 and arrive 5 minutes later. We were expecting a review of scope of work followed by a price quote. We were not expecting all parts to be on the service van. We were not expecting to hear” I can start now and can be done between 1 and 2 hours. Door spring replaced. New rollers, door opener and door seal. Top door panel reinforced. And was completed by 5:40. The door works amazingly well. This is what service looks like. Great job! Bryce was very clear on the warranty of all the different parts.

We were very happy with the services Cade provided today. He was very informative and helpful in explaining what was absolutely necessary, but also what may be best to repair now since there was quite a bit of wear on some parts. We chose Precision Door because of their BBB rating, 24 hr hotline and their next day service. We would choose them again and highly recommend the high quality and respectful service.
