I'd previously used Precision Garage Door after a neighbor recommended them. Basically needed a complete overhaul of our garage door functions from the motor, adding a keypad, repairs to seal under the door and replacing the previous chain from the motor to door. We had an awesome experience! Sam was our technician and he was timely, communicated great, and did efficient work! While some of the repairs were out of our budget for now - he was able to identify the critical components and took care of us. I think my favorite part was that I could schedule everything electronically. Submitted a form online and got scheduled via text message. It sounds silly and so simple but that really made scheduling a breeze.

I was given a quote, and the technician raised the door manually so I could leave for an appointment & he immediately started work.
