As luck would have it, my wife and I needed to leave for her to have surgery 6 days ago. A spring on our garage door was broken and I had to hoist the garage door up. Our garage door spring broke this morning and by 5 pm I was watching my grandson play baseball. Jordan, the tech, was professional and thoroughly explained the repairs needed and the available options. Definitely recommend and a big plus to Jordan.

Being new to the DSM area we remembered seeing a commercial for the Precision Door Service. We just bought our new home when we discovered the garage doors were in need of repair after 20 years of abuse. Kyle came ready to work on the problems we explained to him. He assessed the situation with the doors, then explained what need to be done and gave us repair options. Kyle was so personable and is a hard worker. Why?
