Being new to the DSM area we remembered seeing a commercial for the Precision Door Service. We just bought our new home when we discovered the garage doors were in need of repair after 20 years of abuse. Kyle came ready to work on the problems we explained to him. He assessed the situation with the doors, then explained what need to be done and gave us repair options. Kyle was so personable and is a hard worker. Why? Because he stayed until the job was completed and he made sure we were happy with the work. Our hats are off to him! Thanks Kyle, for a fine job! We will recommend you to our friends & family.

Knowledgeable, not pushy and seemed to be trustworthy. This was the only company I called that actually could come out today (called Precision about 3 pm and they were here before 5 pm) as advertised. Three other big name garage door companies told me the soonest they could come would be Monday afternoon (yet their ads said same day service) Also was able to get 30 day quote if I decide to replace some parts that likely will need replacing without being charged another service charge.

Two very polite and courteous young men. They did a complete exam of my garage door and opener as well as the sad news that it all need replaced.(its 53 years old)they were very understanding when I explained we would take their estimate along with several others to our bank and would get back to them at a later date. I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire company. They definitely have the concept of customer service down. I called for an after hours appointment, not sure what to expect. Eric showed up timely and was very concise in identifying the problem and the best way to approach the fix. Should there be a need in the future, they are my first call.

Eric and Mike came out to inspect our garage door, they found out the problem was simply ice formation at the base. This issue would not allow our door to operate freely as it did in the past few years. They were prompt, courteous, and there was NO CHARGE! I will not hesitate to call them again for service.
