We used Precision because of their Valpak coupon for $59.95 to lube and tune garage door. I was very pleased with Kirk, who is very knowledgeable and professional. His trainee, Grant, was also friendly. Kirk discussed the need for new springs and rollers, because the door, and springs, are 22 years old. I appreciated Kirk’s low key attitude with no pressure on us. We decided to hold off on replacements at this time. However, we will certainly consider Precision if the need arises. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you for your excellent service.

I decided to call Precision due to your great TV ads. Then when I saw I had Kyle Muyskens as my technician (saw him on TV) that was exciting. Kyle was wonderful....very complete in his explanations...not pushy at all!!! He gave me an excellent explanation of the bid and I decided what plan I wanted. He and the guy training with him, immediately started the work. I felt bad that the work resulted in them having to stay past 6:00pm. They cleaned up well and helped me move a few things back in place. I would most certainly recommend Precision Garage and especially Kyle. You have a winner with that young man!! Better treat him well!!

Jordan was hands-down the best technician I’ve ever had working on my home. He arrived on time, was polite, and explained in detail the options I had going forward. Not to mention he was able to complete the work in under 30 minutes, on a Sunday, less than a day after my garage door opener initially failed. I’m impressed.

I'd previously used Precision Garage Door after a neighbor recommended them. Basically needed a complete overhaul of our garage door functions from the motor, adding a keypad, repairs to seal under the door and replacing the previous chain from the motor to door. The Techs are knowledgeable and have a truck with plenty of service gear! I wouldn't use anyone else!

We had an awesome experience! Sam was our technician and he was timely, communicated great, and did efficient work! While some of the repairs were out of our budget for now - he was able to identify the critical components and took care of us. I think my favorite part was that I could schedule everything electronically. Submitted a form online and got scheduled via text message. It sounds silly and so simple but that really made scheduling a breeze.

The Technician arrived AHEAD of schedule, & carefully checked out the bearings, rollers, cables & drums (the spring was broken). I was given a quote, and the technician raised the door manually so I could leave for an appointment & he immediately started work. The technician left when finished & the area worked in was immaculate. He was quite courteous & explained everything quite well.

Over the years, when we have needed garage door service for our older home, Precision has been available in many cases the same day.
