I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire company. They definitely have the concept of customer service down. I called for an after hours appointment, not sure what to expect. Eric showed up timely and was very concise in identifying the problem and the best way to approach the fix. Should there be a need in the future, they are my first call.

Blake did an outstanding job on the garage door repair. He was very professional and friendly. He did a great job with my 2 twin grandsons that wanted to watch him work. Eric and Mike came out to inspect our garage door, they found out the problem was simply ice formation at the base. This issue would not allow our door to operate freely as it did in the past few years. They were prompt, courteous, and there was NO CHARGE! I will not hesitate to call them again for service.
