As luck would have it, my wife and I needed to leave for her to have surgery 6 days ago. A spring on our garage door was broken and I had to hoist the garage door up. Upon return, my neighbor told me to call you. By 4:00 I had Sam here, making repairs. You helped us out of a big problem. We're having more done when we can schedule the work. Many Thanks!

My Initial contact was result of your TV ad. Your polite and efficient response was as advertised in your commercial. Text messages with your service technician’s picture and bio is a great idea.

Being new to the DSM area we remembered seeing a commercial for the Precision Door Service. We just bought our new home when we discovered the garage doors were in need of repair after 20 years of abuse. Kyle came ready to work on the problems we explained to him. He assessed the situation with the doors, then explained what need to be done and gave us repair options. Kyle was so personable and is a hard worker. Why? Because he stayed until the job was completed and he made sure we were happy with the work. Our hats are off to him! Thanks Kyle, for a fine job! We will recommend you to our friends & family.

Excellent service. Arrived right on time and completed needed repairs quickly and properly. Bryce and his partner left my opener in better shape then before by tidying up a not so neat previous install. Thanks for a job well done.

Knowledgeable, not pushy and seemed to be trustworthy. This was the only company I called that actually could come out today (called Precision about 3 pm and they were here before 5 pm) as advertised. Three other big name garage door companies told me the soonest they could come would be Monday afternoon (yet their ads said same day service) Also was able to get 30 day quote if I decide to replace some parts that likely will need replacing without being charged another service charge.

Two very polite and courteous young men. They did a complete exam of my garage door and opener as well as the sad news that it all need replaced.(its 53 years old)they were very understanding when I explained we would take their estimate along with several others to our bank and would get back to them at a later date. I thank everyone involved that was so helpful to me today. Kudos to your excellent service.
