My name is Jen and I’m writing this on behalf of my mom Gina as I worked directly with the gentleman that came out today. We have two amazing employees come out for a consult. Their names were Kyle and Mason. We needed a repair and the quote was completely honest and in asking additional questions, we decided to just replace the entire system. The care in explaining the quote, the equipment, the difference in price when we decided it would be best to replace everything and the warranty was fantastic. The fact it was being done same day was also fantastic. They both worked quickly and honestly went above and beyond by helping me figure out how to program my car to the garage door as well. We are extremely satisfied with how they presented everything, showed how everything worked and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this company and their employees 100%. I chose Precision because I was looking for a specific manufacturer of door sealer. The name recognition from your advertising did not hurt. I had expected that a technician was coming out to give an estimate and assurance that Precision could install the Clopay sealer I needed. Actually, Cody came out, analyzed the problem, and offered to make the needed repairs immediately. Cody was professional but also very personable. He obviously knew what was needed and was very accommodating in his explanations. What I thought might be a multi-step process was handled quickly and expertly. We were concerned about noisy closing and opening of our garage door one year after spring and hardware replacement by Precision. Our service call was scheduled within 48 hours based on our availability. Adam Looman, Service Tech, arrived promptly as scheduled, listened to our concerns and spent time assessing the situation. He reassured us that things were working properly, lubricated the tracks as needed, and left us with a can of lubricant and instructions as to how and when to lubricate. He was knowledgeable and patient, and did a great job addressing our concerns, all at no charge to us! Overall, a terrific service experience.

Kyle Muyskens and Precision turned what was a bad day into a great one by quickly responding when our garage door broke down. Kyle did exceptional work at repairing our garage door system at a reasonable price, all in the same afternoon. Many of our parts were old and rusted, making it impossible for our door to properly open and shut. Kyle explained our different options and his recommendations to ensure our door was safe and functional. He didn't oversell or try to get us to purchase things we didn't need. I never worried for a second, and now my family can enjoy a garage door we can trust in for many years to come.

The 2 gentleman who came to look at my broken garage door issue did a fantastic job. They were polite, respectful and professional. It took less than 1 hour to accomplish a motor replacement. My garage door and motor was very old and part of the chain guide broke on the motor as well as the sprocket was grinding very badly. I am mechanically inclined so it was nice for them to show me and explain the issue with my garage door motor. The new garage door motor is very quiet as I elected to get a belt driven 3/4 hp motor. One more slight life issue out of the way. Thank you Precision Door!

The spring on my garage door broke. It was so old. I saw commercials for Precision Garage Door Service on tv and I received a coupon in the mail from them. I easily booked an appointment online. I received reminders prior to my service date. The service workers showed up in a timely manner. They were friendly and professional. I received 3 different quotes from them. I did not feel any pressure regarding additional services. The entire service took less than 2 hours. Additional touches that I did not expect, like putting in new light bulbs and lubrication were added with no additional charge. Overall, this was a great experience.

Precision came over, looked at the problem that another garage door company had looked at and would cost $2000 to replace the whole thing and just tweaked it a little and it started working fine. And they didnt even charge me for it! Never use another door company again, and that means YOU Hinkley! Twice you have failed me. You make it like pulling teeth for you even to make a call back!
