Outstanding customer service. We called at 3:20pm with a garage door that would not open. Within 8 minutes Jordan called and said he was on his way. He arrived at 3:45 and was finished installing a new spring and cable by 5:00. He did a thorough job of investigating the problem and kept me informed with everything he did. I would recommend this company and this young man to anybody! An absolute pleasure to do business with.

The repairman Caiden was prompt actually early to the appointment. He was pleasant, patient while I explained the problem. He explained how he was going to figure out the problem and then he fixed it. It came down to owner error and was a simple fix. I complement Caiden for treating me with dignity when he explained the problem, then he showed me how to keep the problem from happening again.

Sam was awesome! Did not try to upsell me, just get me what I needed. He made sure that everything was working and that I didn't have any questions. He even lubricated the garage door, programmed my vehicles, and also the key pad for me! Excellent Service! Wish I had called them when I needed a new garage door! I'm really happy with the new garage door opener!

I am so unbelievably impressed with the prompt response to my panicked call when I broke our garage door on a Saturday morning. They had a technician (Brandon) out to our house within 1 hour from my call. He assessed the situation and had our door back in working order. The price was more than reasonable.

Excellent service!! Kyle was my technician. Exactly on time. Very polite and well/spoken. Very clean and tidy with work area. Excellent manners. Superb customer service!! Thorough in inspection and timely estimate/quote with several options for repairs. New type of springs: torsion replacement. Worked efficiently and finished in allotted time frame he said it would take. Price was more than I was expecting, but since I don’t have the knowledge and know how of these types of repairs, it must be what it is now. Overall, a wonderful experience. Will highly recommend this company to family, friends, and clients. Job well done!! Thank you!!

Our garage door broke on Wednesday evening. We contacted Precision the next day and had our garage door fixed by Thursday afternoon!! They definitely met our expectations. Our garage door decided to malfunction and completely break on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30. I called and within an hour Sam was there and had by door fixed before 3:30. So friendly and knowledgeable. Very thankful for Precision. Excellent customer service.

Service person saw the problem and knew what caused it and fixed it quickly and effectively and then heard that the door was a little noisy so used the spray lube I already had and took care of that also. Quite possibly the best home contractor experience I have ever had. Far and away the most responsive, professional, reliable, affordable service I've ever received. Garage spring broke at 2:00, a tech was here by 3:00, and the system was repaired better than new by around 4:30. For a very reasonable price and a lifetime warranty. Money well spent, which isn't a thing I EVER say about home service technicians!

We are completely happy with the installation of our overhead door. It looks great! During the shipping process one of the panels received a 3 inch scratch / gouge. The panel was replaced without incident and in a timely manner. The gentlemen that did the install were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone for repairs or installation.

Very quick response. A varmint had chewed the bottom seal on the garage door. I called Precision and they were out in less than an hour to replace it. Truly appreciate their speedy and efficient assistance. (pricing on the seal seemed a bit high.)

I was pleased with Kyle Muyskens work. He took the time to explain everything to me before he started his work. Kyle showed me damaged pieces that would need repairs. Kyle went over my options for what repairs I could afford and explained the process. After Kyle completed his work, he showed me the repairs and opened and closed garage door. It was so quiet and smooth. He explained to me that I should lube the tracks once a year. I was very satisfied with the work before, during and after. Kyle sent me a copy of my repairs and pictures of his work. I was also very happy that Precision could come to my house the same day and get my door operational. I would highly recommend Precision for repairs. Thank you.

Walked out the door Saturday morning and realized the opener control was not working. Called Precision to see if they could help remedy the problem. Stated they would come out that afternoon and a tech would call us when he was on his way. Fortunately enough he was in the area and was able to come that morning. Fixed the problem and went above and beyond by providing maintenance to our garage door. This wasn't our first time calling Precision for service. We had called around the holidays several years ago for a broken spring on our garage door and again it was resolved in a timely manner without breaking the bank! Thank you Bryce for your excellent service and repair!
