I called Precision Garage Door because of their add on TV. They came out within a half hour. He found the problem immediately and did an inspection of the entire system to be sure there were no other problems. There were several things that came up, so I asked him to install a new opener, and fix all the problems he found. He did a great job and I would recommend Precision to anyone.

The technician who came out for my estimate gave me numerous options and told me the pros and con's of each option. That was wonderful, as I feel I was able to make a very informed decision. Brody was the tech who installed the door and opener. He and his assistant explained everything and answered all of my questions. All the people I have dealt with at Precision have been wonderful!!! They are polite and friendly and know their products. The people at Precision genuinely care about their customers. That is heavenly in this day and age. Kyle is the absolute man. This is the third time he's been out to our place.He always has a genuine smile and is so polite and efficient as heck. He said 3 hours for reinforcing the door, adjusting the suspension accordingly due to the additional weight and replacing the outdated motor, which involved installing a new keypad on the outside, a new button on the inside and programming the new openers for me and my boyfriend to have in our car. He was there early, and had it done in less than two hours, and he did it singlehandedly in 20 degree weather. Because of his knowledge and skill he saved us almost 2 grand but finding a way to fix the door without us having to replace it. He is seriously the best. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend.

On time, personable repairman...pointed out things I knew needed done and nothing extra...took time to tell me why and what for and not knowing I knew how to do it, just didn't want to do it, he told me exactly what I needed and nothing more...Lifetime guarantee is a good thing also...might be a bit more expensive than others BUT you do get what you pay for...good show Precision...

We chose Precision Garage Door because you had done some work on our door several years ago and we were happy with the service then. Kyle Muyskens quickly analyzed our problem and determined that the 20-year old opener had broken its sprocket and needed to be replaced. He showed me two options and installed the one I chose. He removed the old machine and installed a new Genie, with new chain and drive parts. He worked very quickly, and showed me how to use the new equipment.
