I would highly recommend Precision Door. Talking with customer service over the phone and setting up an appointment was stress-free and they were very attentive to my needs. The technician(Sam Mathis) they sent out was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my options. The work that he performed was beyond professional. I have the utmost confidence that my new garage door opener and new torsion springs are going to last for many years.

Excellent service. I highly recommend precision garage doors. Called to setup an appointment, technician arrived 1/2 hour later. Sam explained the issue and offered a couple of options. The garage door was fixed in 1 1/2 hours.

I used Precision a few years back to repair an old garage door opener which bought me time before replacing it. This time it broke for good so I called Precision Door again and they had a technician to my house within 2 hours! He went over everything with me to make sure what I wanted and the costs involved with each option. He then replaced my opener within half an hour or so! He then went over all instructions and demonstrated the door opener working. It is so smooth and quiet! My wife and I are extremely thankful to Precision Doors and specifically, Sam our technician!

Jordan Andrus is very knowledgeable and efficient. He is able to spot the problem almost immediately and fixes it on the spot. Is is very friendly, and has great people skills. I feel confident problems with the garage.door will be fixed correctly the first time as Jordan carries all parts with him in his truck so there is no wait time to fix the garage door.

This morning our garage door spring broke, called Precision and to our surprise they were able to come out before noon. Ryan was our tech and he was very kind, professional and went over everything including different options. He had the door repaired in a very short time and the door is once again fully operational. Ryan was great. He came on time, explained everything very clearly, discussed options, etc. Once he started to replace the opener things went smoothly and he wasted no time. He helped program the door pad, and both of our cars, with which I had trouble in the past. He also helped me set up the APP on my phone and get that going. Seen commercial on tv many tv many times, finally had my phone in my hand so I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my bad garage door opener, with no wait time my appointment was scheduled, I called late Tuesday afternoon and they were there Thursday by noon, gave me a great estimate for exactly the opener I was looking for and installed it the same day, when their commercials say their trucks are fully stocked, they are. I was very impressed with Sam (estimator and installer) and his assistant, the really knew what they were doing and were done cleaned up in no time. These two gentlemen showed professional courtesy in representing Precision Door Service and I highly recommend them, I believe they will do a great service for any door repair you may need done, Thank you!!!

I have used Precision for about a year on all of the rental property garage door issues I have had. I have always used Sam. Sam has always been very professional and fair with his estimates. Sam always arrives when he said he would complete the work in a timely manner and explains any detail I ask about. I won't use anyone else for my garage for work.

First of all - everyone was very polite throughout the process of scheduling and when the job was being completed. Communication was great on when someone would be out and we appreciated the prompt service. We had a spring break on our garage door and needed that serviced. Our door was pretty old so there were some other maintenance issues that were suggested to be updated as well. If you have any sort of skills with fixing things on your own, you may want to double check what kind of price gouging is going on with these extras before you have them completed. I made the mistake of having them fixed and my husband realized that we paid $220 for 10 rollers to be replaced when we could purchase these on our own for $25.00. This is very disappointing. So- buyer beware. Learn from our mistake.

I have used precision door a couple of times and have been very satisfied with the price point, mannerism and efficiency of the sales and installation process. I was familiar with Precision Garage Door as I had seen their commercials numerous times. I can recite their jingle and remember they advertise no additional charge for nights or weekend service/repair needs. We wanted to replace our current garage door, so I gave them a call. I spoke to Brinley who was very helpful and had an appointment within a couple of days. They brought catalogs and samples of door colors/patterns. We purchased a black door, an opener and all new tracks. Hunter was our installer. During the install, I happened to come around the corner and overheard Hunter on the phone with someone from Precision. He was advising them that a couple of our black panels had been scuffed in shipment and was asking what they wanted him to do. He had no idea that I heard him on that call. When the install was finished, Hunter walked us through each component, to ensure we were satisfied. He then advised us that Precision had ordered new panels to replace the scuffed ones. This speaks volumes about the integrity of Hunter and whomever he was speaking to back at the office. They could have easily not said anything and took their chances on us noticing them. My replacement panels were ordered, Brinley kept me updated throughout the process. Hunter came back to swap out the panels just like he said he would. Hunter is very professional, detail oriented and thorough in his work. My experience with Precision was great and I would ten out of ten recommend them! Shout out & thank you, Hunter and Brinley!

I called ona Sunday to make an appointment the next day they told me they had an opening today I asked if there was an extra free for Sunday they said no. They came that afternoon fast service the technician was great. I would recommend this company .
