Kyle is the absolute man. This is the third time he's been out to our place.He always has a genuine smile and is so polite and efficient as heck. He said 3 hours for reinforcing the door, adjusting the suspension accordingly due to the additional weight and replacing the outdated motor, which involved installing a new keypad on the outside, a new button on the inside and programming the new openers for me and my boyfriend to have in our car. He was there early, and had it done in less than two hours, and he did it singlehandedly in 20 degree weather. Because of his knowledge and skill he saved us almost 2 grand but finding a way to fix the door without us having to replace it. He is seriously the best. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend.

On time, personable repairman...pointed out things I knew needed done and nothing extra...took time to tell me why and what for and not knowing I knew how to do it, just didn't want to do it, he told me exactly what I needed and nothing more...Lifetime guarantee is a good thing also...might be a bit more expensive than others BUT you do get what you pay for...good show Precision...

We chose Precision Garage Door because you had done some work on our door several years ago and we were happy with the service then. Kyle Muyskens quickly analyzed our problem and determined that the 20-year old opener had broken its sprocket and needed to be replaced. He showed me two options and installed the one I chose. He removed the old machine and installed a new Genie, with new chain and drive parts. He worked very quickly, and showed me how to use the new equipment. Our garage door unexpectedly wouldn’t open, and of course it was on a Saturday when Des Moines received 9”+ of snow. I expected to be stuck until a weekday, but was able to quickly & easily schedule an appointment on the website. I called this morning at the recommendation of a couple other veterans and was surprised to not only get a tech out this morning to inspect our garage door, but to have everything completely finished this morning as well. The tech, Worth, was extremely polite and took time to explain what needed repairs and took the time to answer questions. He never made me feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. I booked an appointment because they had a $0 service fee diagnostic. I have worked on garage doors as a homeowner changing springs etc but this issue has me perplexed. When Sam got there he was professional and told me what he thought was the issue so I decided to just have him fix it while he was there. Turned out he was spot on with his diagnosis and after an hour of work had the door opening and closing very well. I feel like it was money well spent and gave me more knowledge about garage doors than I previously had. Thank you Sam Mathis.
