Jordan came to repair our garage doors on the coldest day in many years. He quickly assessed what was wrong with our 17-year-old door mechanisms, recommended repairs, and laid out an array of 4 options based on equipment and cost. He went to work on the necessary repairs plus an additional item -- an updated key pad -- that I asked for as well. He completed the work in less than 3 hours despite the difficult weather. He answered all my questions about the expected useful life of each piece of equipment. The cost appears now to be well worth it, and I fully expect the passage of time to validate that further. In short, at a time of a need for experienced help, I"m glad I called Precision, and it seems likely I'll still be feeling that way for years to come.

Thursday the 21st around 2 PM when I was closing the right-side garage door the cable came off of the left-side drum. The door hung up about half way down. I forced it closed as I thought I would not get anyone to repair it that day. I called Precision Door and the lady said that one of the repair men was finishing a job and would be out between 4 and 4:30 PM. Kyle arrived early, around 2:30 PM, and rehung the door. He was very courteous and professional. He lubricated the rollers on both doors and even increased the spring tension on the left-side door so that it was easier for me to open. Now, that’s service – he makes your company look good.

My power went out, I had to pick up my son from work, and I couldn't open my garage door. I called precision, explained my problem and they sent someone out to help me. He got out of the truck with a smile on face. He showed me how to use the emergency rope and was extremely patient and helpful. I am 76 years old, short, and not strong so I needed help. He was so helpful and gave me confidence I could handle this when it happens again. Thank you for being so patient, helpful, and friendly.

Same day service as advertised! I was ready for an appointment several days out, but they were out the same day, just like they advertise. I also got updates when the technicians were heading my way. I called Precision in the morning and they had someone out to fix the garage door the same afternoon. Kyle provided great service in addition to being friendly and professional. Various options were provided to replace the torsion spring for our garage door and he thoroughly explained each option. If the need arises I will be calling Precision again.
