Our garage door unexpectedly wouldn’t open, and of course it was on a Saturday when Des Moines received 9”+ of snow. I expected to be stuck until a weekday, but was able to quickly & easily schedule an appointment on the website. I called this morning at the recommendation of a couple other veterans and was surprised to not only get a tech out this morning to inspect our garage door, but to have everything completely finished this morning as well. The tech, Worth, was extremely polite and took time to explain what needed repairs and took the time to answer questions. He never made me feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. Our garage door works great and my husband commented on how smoothly it operates now. On top of all of that, we really appreciate the military discount.

Was having issues with my door opening. Booked an appointment online in a Saturday and had a technician at my house within a couple of hours. Scott Peterson did a great job checking things over and gave me a quote for a new opener and remotes since mine was over 15 years old. Had everything in his truck to complete the job in a couple of hours and now I don't have to worry about it breaking down again for a long time. I booked an appointment because they had a $0 service fee diagnostic. I have worked on garage doors as a homeowner changing springs etc but this issue has me perplexed. When Sam got there he was professional and told me what he thought was the issue so I decided to just have him fix it while he was there. Turned out he was spot on with his diagnosis and after an hour of work had the door opening and closing very well. I feel like it was money well spent and gave me more knowledge about garage doors than I previously had. Thank you Sam Mathis.

So the repair team took care of the issue B4 any damage to structure or door. Repair was needed because your original installer used to short of lag screws, to mount railings to garage opening. One had fallen completely out of hardware. This what made me check the others. Found 4 or 5 more that had been overtightened and the lags were to short to begin with also. The repair lead kind of shook his head and apologized as he was replacing the short with new longer ones. Moral of the story; Quality of door was like advertised, and they made an error right....Always do your due diligence after any work, as a home owner !
