Horrible experience was told it would be a free diagnostic and he tried charging me 200 for a repair I didn't ask him to complete. Then he had the nerve to be rude and argue with me. Worst experience don't use this company they will scam you. His literal words were I have to make my money somehow.

Issue was quickly assessed, and remedy options were clearly laid out. I chose one of the options and the technician was able to make an install at that time. At my request (after his diagnosis, ) he gave me itemized estimates on three specific repairs we were looking at, as well as the total for all three, complete. This helped me budget how I was going to pay for the job(s.) I really appreciate that. I wasn't planning on doing anything, today, but, decided to go ahead and have one of the three repairs done, since I was happy with the price, the speed of the service, and the technician, himself. Last night my garage door broke beyond what I was able to fix on my own. I called Precision this morning and they were going to have someone out to me within a couple hours. Brandon Cosner called me shortly after and was able to be at my house within 15 minutes or so. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a couple options. He was able to temporarily fix my door and track so it would actually close. I've set up a time next week to have the door and track replaced (and installed properly). I'm very happy they were able to get to me so quickly, and I'd definitely recommend Brandon!

Sean fixed my garage door quickly. He communicated clearly and transparently for the price and options. I was a little surprised that the estimate the office gave over the phone was much lower (yet technically within the range) and did not mention the possibility for additional charges to the broken spring. Live and learn.

Today was rather cold and our garage door kept stopping halfway and raising after each time I lowered it. I called and Sam showed up on time and carefully listened to me and what I had tried to do to figure out what may be going on. Then, he proceeded to check the door and the opener and fixed the issue which seemed to be due to increased friction between the door bottom rubber and the side plastic cover on the wall. He meticulously explained what he did. He also went over some other details about the state of the door (i.e., rollers) which is several years old. I am grateful for his timeliness and the great/professional service he provided. Thank you Sam.
