Late last night, we discovered that our garage door would not close using the garage door opener. I was very pleased to discover that there were early morning appointments available when I went on to the website to schedule my appointment. Shawn Assman did a nice job explaining to me what troubleshooting he had done prior to determining. I would need a new motor and garage door opener. Once he had completed the install, he made sure I didn’t have any questions prior to him leaving. Thank you Precision Door.

You guys are great! Our garage door broke last night and you were here first thing in the morning. Worth was our technician and he was very polite and professional, he was also very kind to my young kids who were curious about his work. I couldn’t believe how fast he was able to fix our door and upgrade the parts to keep it running smoothly for years to come. Thank you all so much for helping my family get back on track!

Horrible experience was told it would be a free diagnostic and he tried charging me 200 for a repair I didn't ask him to complete. Then he had the nerve to be rude and argue with me. Worst experience don't use this company they will scam you. His literal words were I have to make my money somehow.

Very pleased with the fast response and excellent repair to stabilize the door and replace hardware on my garage door. I had an amazing experience with Precision Garage Door Service. I called with my problem, and within one hour a technician was out to assess the issue. Issue was quickly assessed, and remedy options were clearly laid out. I chose one of the options and the technician was able to make an install at that time. Not only was he professional, and efficient -- he went beyond what was asked by cleaning my garage doors -- inside and out!! I live on a gravel road, so you can imagine my surprise and delight to have clean doors. I will MOST DEFINITELY use Precision Garage Door Service for all of my garage door needs!!

I called two hours ago.....technician called and arrived within an hour. At my request (after his diagnosis, ) he gave me itemized estimates on three specific repairs we were looking at, as well as the total for all three, complete. This helped me budget how I was going to pay for the job(s.) I really appreciate that. I wasn't planning on doing anything, today, but, decided to go ahead and have one of the three repairs done, since I was happy with the price, the speed of the service, and the technician, himself. Well done !!! See you, soon, for the remaining repairs.

Last night my garage door broke beyond what I was able to fix on my own. I called Precision this morning and they were going to have someone out to me within a couple hours. Brandon Cosner called me shortly after and was able to be at my house within 15 minutes or so. Brandon was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a couple options. He was able to temporarily fix my door and track so it would actually close. I've set up a time next week to have the door and track replaced (and installed properly). I'm very happy they were able to get to me so quickly, and I'd definitely recommend Brandon!

Sean fixed my garage door quickly. He communicated clearly and transparently for the price and options. I was a little surprised that the estimate the office gave over the phone was much lower (yet technically within the range) and did not mention the possibility for additional charges to the broken spring. Live and learn.
