Jordan came to our rescue within a couple of hours. He was incredibly honest, saying the sensors were just picking up on some leaves in their path. There was no charge. Who do you call on a weekend when the springs break on your garage door & you HAVE to have your vehicle out on Monday morning to go out of state??? Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, of course!!! You guys were fantastic. No extra charge for weekend service, you found a couple other issues that could have failed soon & fixed them too! Very knowledgeable tech, got right to work fixing the problems & the door was functioning within no time at all. I can't thank you enough for your quick response time... did I mention it was Memorial weekend to boot? Thank you for your awesome service!!!

It would have been less expensive to have the logistic board replaced in our old unit but with times what they are, you can't get parts. We had little alternative but to replace the whole opener unit. Ryan made that change out quickly and with little to no mess and did his best to make it less painful.

Our garage broke yesterday at noon, we called Precision at 1045 pm (they're freaking open til 11 people!!), and our garage door was fixed and functional by 1030am. Cade was amazing! He inspected our property and treated it like it was his own. Upfront pricing and no pressure when selecting an option to proceed with. He gave us time to weigh our options which was great. And they guarantee their work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION..!! Also, military discount for this Marine Corps veteran! I didn't even mention my military service. It was Cades' attention to detail that shows his passion! God bless you all...Semper Fidelis

Precision arrived early and immediately went to work. Cory present us with 3 options to fix our garage door issue and was clear on all 3 costs. He was polite and friendly. I was very pleased when I called and was able to have a new garage door opener installed today. The person who came was very professional and was able to remove the old opener in a timely manner and install the new one. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I had called a competitor on Wednesday and never did hear back from them. Glad that Precision could replace the garage door opener the same day I called.
