The whole experience was easy, efficient, and professional. When we emailed with a concern they were ready to get to our house within the day. When the technician came out he was friendly and professional and explained the issue with a solution within 10 minutes and now our door is working great! Will definitely call again if the need arises and will be suggesting them to everyone I know!

Who do you call on a weekend when the springs break on your garage door & you HAVE to have your vehicle out on Monday morning to go out of state??? Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, of course!!! You guys were fantastic. No extra charge for weekend service, you found a couple other issues that could have failed soon & fixed them too! Very knowledgeable tech, got right to work fixing the problems & the door was functioning within no time at all. I can't thank you enough for your quick response time... did I mention it was Memorial weekend to boot? Thank you for your awesome service!!!

It would have been less expensive to have the logistic board replaced in our old unit but with times what they are, you can't get parts. We had little alternative but to replace the whole opener unit. Ryan made that change out quickly and with little to no mess and did his best to make it less painful.
