I was pleased with the prompt service provided. Blake explained everything to me in a clear and professional manner and didn't push me into buying new products I really wasn't interested in. He worked quickly and professionally--he obviously knew his job and what needed to be done. He was congenial while he worked and was kind enough to answer questions I had while he worked. My only complaint was the bill. I thought it was a little pricey ($289) for an hour of labor with no new parts purchased.

My garage door would not open when I went to leave for work at 5:45 am. I called Precision Garage Door at 5:50 am. A person answered the phone (I was impressed). I told the person what was going on and he scheduled my appointment. I only had to wait 2 hours for my appointment. When Blake got here, he was extremely pleasant and very knowledgable!!! Blake did an estimate and when I approved the estimate, he got to work fixing my door. Blake said it would only take about an hour, and it did. I am extremely happy with the repair, the price, and the whole experience. I will definately use and refer all my friends to Precision Garage Doors.

I chose Precision for my garage door because I saw an ad on TV. We called Tuesday afternoon and Eric was here Wednesday morning. He called 30 minutes before he came. He was friendly, efficient, and explained the problem. We needed another bolt on the metal part that holds the garage door to the opener. He sprayed everything, checked the spring, and gave us a thorough checkup. I would highly recommend Precision for all garage door needs.

This Company is fantastic!! Our garage door broke on Sunday, I called another company first that said 24 hour emergency service and they wouldn't come out till Tuesday, because of the holiday. So I called Precision and wow what wonderful customer service. They were here at 11am ON the holiday. So professional and polite. Blake had it all fixed within an hour. He was great. I recommend Precision to everyone, they are awesome!!!!

I am very pleased with your company, your technician, and the services he has provided. Today's problem required a minimal fix - I had chipped away some ice that had accumulated in one corner by the sensor and must have jarred it somehow to become misaligned, and that is why the garage door would not shut. The technician didn't even charge us - even in this arctic cold weather, every call he handles has to be challenging. This same technician is the one who repaired my garage door recently and that job took a while - he was and is very professional, knows what he is doing, and is just the best.
