The servicemen that came were so nice & courteous. I have seen your ads on TV & thought I'd give you a try. So happy I did. I called at 3:30 & was given an appt that very same day between 4-6. They called at 5:30 & apologized for the delay, but there was no need as I was thrilled with the efficient way how quickly everything was handled. From my first phone call till they arrived. My problem was solved in no time at all. So, in 2 1/2 hours from my phone call my garage door was fixed. I can't express enough how glad I am to have called you. Please let the 2 service men know how pleased I am. They are a huge asset to your company.

Service was professional, efficient, friendly, and fairly priced. I called one of the 24 hr places initially and they couldn’t provide service for 3 days. Precision also had a similar wait, but they went out of their way to schedule me the next day. I highly recommend Precision.

This company is amazing. My spring broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called and the phone was answered by an actual person. Kyle came out on Sunday morning and had both my springs replaced in an hour. Kyle was awesome. Would do business again in an instant.
