I was pleased with Kyle Muyskens work. He took the time to explain everything to me before he started his work. Kyle showed me damaged pieces that would need repairs. Kyle went over my options for what repairs I could afford and explained the process. After Kyle completed his work, he showed me the repairs and opened and closed garage door. It was so quiet and smooth. He explained to me that I should lube the tracks once a year. I was very satisfied with the work before, during and after. Kyle sent me a copy of my repairs and pictures of his work. I was also very happy that Precision could come to my house the same day and get my door operational. I would highly recommend Precision for repairs. Thank you.

I used Precision a few years back to repair an old garage door opener which bought me time before replacing it. This time it broke for good so I called Precision Door again and they had a technician to my house within 2 hours! He went over everything with me to make sure what I wanted and the costs involved with each option. He then replaced my opener within half an hour or so! He then went over all instructions and demonstrated the door opener working. It is so smooth and quiet! My wife and I are extremely thankful to Precision Doors and specifically, Sam our technician!

We have done business before with great results. We decided to have Precision install a new garage door and opener. Sales representative, Bill, was knowledgeable in selection of door with a top notch opener. Brody and his installation crew did a professional job along with instructions for the garage opener. Thank you

Ryan was great. He came on time, explained everything very clearly, discussed options, etc. Once he started to replace the opener things went smoothly and he wasted no time. He helped program the door pad, and both of our cars, with which I had trouble in the past. He also helped me set up the APP on my phone and get that going. Thanks Ryan, it was a pleasure having you here. Best.

Seen commercial on tv many tv many times, finally had my phone in my hand so I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my bad garage door opener, with no wait time my appointment was scheduled, I called late Tuesday afternoon and they were there Thursday by noon, gave me a great estimate for exactly the opener I was looking for and installed it the same day, when their commercials say their trucks are fully stocked, they are. I was very impressed with Sam (estimator and installer) and his assistant, the really knew what they were doing and were done cleaned up in no time. These two gentlemen showed professional courtesy in representing Precision Door Service and I highly recommend them, I believe they will do a great service for any door repair you may need done, Thank you!!!

I have used Precision for about a year on all of the rental property garage door issues I have had. I have always used Sam. Sam has always been very professional and fair with his estimates. Sam always arrives when he said he would complete the work in a timely manner and explains any detail I ask about. I won't use anyone else for my garage for work.

First of all - everyone was very polite throughout the process of scheduling and when the job was being completed. Communication was great on when someone would be out and we appreciated the prompt service. We had a spring break on our garage door and needed that serviced. Our door was pretty old so there were some other maintenance issues that were suggested to be updated as well. If you have any sort of skills with fixing things on your own, you may want to double check what kind of price gouging is going on with these extras before you have them completed. I made the mistake of having them fixed and my husband realized that we paid $220 for 10 rollers to be replaced when we could purchase these on our own for $25.00. This is very disappointing. So- buyer beware. Learn from our mistake.

I have used precision door a couple of times and have been very satisfied with the price point, mannerism and efficiency of the sales and installation process. I have and will refer them to friends and clients in my business as people need a quality company which we can trust. For the garage door installation I just had done, I was quoted on day 1 and the door was installed on day 2. Very quick and effortless process with Precision Door. Thanks!
