Sam was awesome! Did not try to upsell me, just get me what I needed. He made sure that everything was working and that I didn't have any questions. He even lubricated the garage door, programmed my vehicles, and also the key pad for me! Excellent Service! Wish I had called them when I needed a new garage door! Thorough in inspection and timely estimate/quote with several options for repairs. New type of springs: torsion replacement. Worked efficiently and finished in allotted time frame he said it would take. Price was more than I was expecting, but since I don’t have the knowledge and know how of these types of repairs, it must be what it is now. Overall, a wonderful experience. Service person saw the problem and knew what caused it and fixed it quickly and effectively and then heard that the door was a little noisy so used the spray lube I already had and took care of that also. Quite possibly the best home contractor experience I have ever had. Far and away the most responsive, professional, reliable, affordable service I've ever received. Garage spring broke at 2:00, a tech was here by 3:00, and the system was repaired better than new by around 4:30. For a very reasonable price and a lifetime warranty. Money well spent, which isn't a thing I EVER say about home service technicians!

We are completely happy with the installation of our overhead door. It looks great! During the shipping process one of the panels received a 3 inch scratch / gouge. The panel was replaced without incident and in a timely manner. The gentlemen that did the install were very nice and professional. Very quick response. A varmint had chewed the bottom seal on the garage door. I called Precision and they were out in less than an hour to replace it. Truly appreciate their speedy and efficient assistance. (pricing on the seal seemed a bit high.)

I was pleased with Kyle Muyskens work. He took the time to explain everything to me before he started his work. Kyle showed me damaged pieces that would need repairs. Kyle went over my options for what repairs I could afford and explained the process. After Kyle completed his work, he showed me the repairs and opened and closed garage door. It was so quiet and smooth. He explained to me that I should lube the tracks once a year. I was very satisfied with the work before, during and after. Kyle sent me a copy of my repairs and pictures of his work. I was also very happy that Precision could come to my house the same day and get my door operational.
