Excellent service. I made appt. on website for late afternoon because they had no morning openings showing, They called me within the hour and said they had a man in my town who could do it late morning if that was better for me. I said yes. He was here on time. Listened to me, looked over door opener, sensors and door. Told me door and tracks were excellent. Showed me what was needed and price choices. No high pitch trying to sale me not needed items. I told him what to go with. One and a half hours later it was done, I paid and have a perfectly working door. He was a very pleasant young man to talk with.

We were having problems with our garage door opening so I called Precision Garage Door Service on Friday afternoon. Their representative said she could send someone out this morning. Worth Henry, Residential Service Technician arrived during the window of time that was scheduled and did a quick assessment of our door and our problems. We are happy with the solution he presented to our problem. We highly recommend Worth and Precision Garage Door Service. Worth is polite and very knowledgeable. Very pleased with our new opener.

I damaged my garage door enough to knock the roller out of the track and for it not to close. I immediately called Precision because I see their commercials every morning. An appointment for that afternoon was scheduled. Brandon, the technician, called to give me his ETA, was very polite and helpful, and the job was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my experience, will call them again if/when I need garage door assistance. I highly recommend Precision.

Woke up on Sunday morning with a broken spring and couldn't get the garage door open. I live in Indianola. Serviceman was there by 11AM and repair was done in less than 30 minutes.

We are very pleased with the service we received on a hot and humid Saturday. Sam was professional, knowledgeable and probably one of the nicest young men I have met. ( I was a high school teacher, so I have met a lot of young people.) He advised we replace our unit since the cables had come apart and it was very old. He removed the old one and replaced it with a new one that works very well. He was very diligent and made sure it worked correctly and that we understood how to use it. The fact that you offer service seven days a week with no emergency fee, was one of the things that prompted me to call. Thank you for your service.
