Thank you so much for your wonderful service. The blizzard had begun and our door suddenly went weird. A cable had broke and the door was not good especially heading into a blizzard. We called at 4:15 on Monday. The technician called within 15 minutes and was here by 4:50. He fixed the door and was gone by 5:35 p.m. That is amazing service! You deserve a 5 star rating for excellent service.

My shop overhead door had two broken springs. I called Precision Door and had two representatives come with in about a hour after I called. They checked all three of my doors and explained what it would take to fix my broken spring. They showed what it would take and had price options. Once it was decided on what would be done they went right to work and fixed everything. Job was done very professionally and they cleaned up afterwards. Definitely will use Precision Door from now on.
