Professional and quick response time. Kept us updated on appointment time and actually moved us up several hours. Technician was knowledgable, pleasant and curtious. This was not a major repair as all that was needed was the bottom weather strip replaced, he walked us through the entire process and performed an overall inspection. I would highly recommend Precision anytime.

Called to make an appointment to get my garage door serviced. They sent someone out within 2 hours. They also have 20 minutes notice within arrival. Door is working great! Would definately recommend Precision to friends and family.

I was quoted a 2 hour repair window for my broken torsion spring. The technician left 5 hours later. I heard a lot of cursing and bad mouthing my setup and calling for other technicians’ advice. I would have liked to have been kept informed during the process. The technician left multiple sharp screws laying on the garage floor that would have been hazardous to my children’s feet and our car tires. In summary, would not recommend the company to my family and friends.

We had a problem with our garage door closing and opening on its own. We called Precision on Wednesday and a tech, Sam, was in our drive within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all helpful. I would call Precision in a heart beat again. This company Rocks!

Professionalism from beginning to end. Two hour installation was quality and efficiently rolled into one. Very pleased. Brody, Bryce and Eric job well done. We received immediate service, within 2 and 1/2 hours of call. Our previous garage door service people could not come for 4 days. Sam, the technician was thorough, efficient and very pleasant. Given estimate of work prior to beginning with many options for needed repairs. While pricing was not comparable to other companies due to need for immediate service, we think that we received valuable service for an affordable price. We are very thankful and happy with the service from Precision.

This company has great reviews and they had also worked on my son’s garage, and did a great job, so I chose them. I could also schedule online which was convenient. The technician, Sam, was courteous and efficient in his performance. He also came during one of Iowa‘s worst snowstorms. I would highly recommend this company.
