We had a problem with our garage door closing and opening on its own. We called Precision on Wednesday and a tech, Sam, was in our drive within a couple of hours. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all helpful. I would call Precision in a heart beat again. This company Rocks!

Decided to go with Precision Garage Doors of Des Moines due to their high ratings, word of mouth reputation and prior experience. The installers and the estimator were all top notch. Professionalism from beginning to end. Two hour installation was quality and efficiently rolled into one. Very pleased. Brody, Bryce and Eric job well done. The accolades though go to the office personnel. Great to communicate with and very pleasant. PGD of DM is a company that definitely is a pleasure to do business with. Thank you all!

We received immediate service, within 2 and 1/2 hours of call. Our previous garage door service people could not come for 4 days. Sam, the technician was thorough, efficient and very pleasant. Given estimate of work prior to beginning with many options for needed repairs. While pricing was not comparable to other companies due to need for immediate service, we think that we received valuable service for an affordable price. We are very thankful and happy with the service from Precision.
