3-15-21 We chose Precision because we were aware of their television commercials. Our door would only come up about 3' and we could not get our cars out. To make matters worse it was 9:00 AM Sunday morning so we felt like we were in jail. I goggled Precision and saw they would come out on Sundays with no extra charges. i used the text option and within a few texts had a appointment time set for between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Our Tech Ryan, arrived about 11:00 AM, very professional and reviewed our situation. He drew up a plan and priced it out for us. Within an hour we were back in business with a new spring roller system that was twice as strong as the builders system and twice as quiet. We also have a 5 year guarantee. The price was fair and are happy with the service/system.

They called ahead of arrival. They assessed the situation and Kyle went through the options with me in a clear manner. The installation went smoothly and took the amount of time they said it would. Garage door broke a few weeks ago. I'm an existing customer. I Called someone last night and they had someone out here tonight. I called to have an estimate done when the two service techs arrived they said they can fix the repair tonight. I was very happy. The job took less then an hour and was fixed. Couldn't be happier. My spring broke on my garage door and I called in the morning and they were out within an hour. Fast and efficient service. They gave me multiple quotes based on their inspection and explained the reasons why for each quote. Kyle was my service guy and he was very pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend their service if you need garage door repair.
