No one wants to have to get a garage door repaired especially this time of year (December) but Eric came Monday when he said he would be there and repaired our door in 2 hours. The customer service was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about what was wrong and what it would take to fix it in the most cost effective yet highest quality manner. Not having a clue who to call we called Precision based on a recommendation from a friend who had used them and we are very glad we did.

I had a cable snap on my garage door and called Precision based on reviews I read. Was able to set up repair same day. Eric was friendly and honest about what I needed repaired. Cost was given upfront and work performed was quick and well done. Will be using Precision for any future garage needs.
