We received immediate service, within 2 and 1/2 hours of call. Our previous garage door service people could not come for 4 days. Sam, the technician was thorough, efficient and very pleasant. Given estimate of work prior to beginning with many options for needed repairs. While pricing was not comparable to other companies due to need for immediate service, we think that we received valuable service for an affordable price. We are very thankful and happy with the service from Precision.

Had major malfunction of our opener. Called late last night and they were here to help by noon, right on time! Ryan was courteous, knowledgeable, able to diagnose the issues and presented 2 different approaches to fixing my problems. I was very impressed and thrilled he was able to fix it all within the same visit. Customer for life!
