We received immediate service, within 2 and 1/2 hours of call. Our previous garage door service people could not come for 4 days. Sam, the technician was thorough, efficient and very pleasant. Given estimate of work prior to beginning with many options for needed repairs. While pricing was not comparable to other companies due to need for immediate service, we think that we received valuable service for an affordable price. We are very thankful and happy with the service from Precision.
