Garage door broke a few weeks ago. I'm an existing customer. I Called someone last night and they had someone out here tonight. I called to have an estimate done when the two service techs arrived they said they can fix the repair tonight. I was very happy. The job took less then an hour and was fixed. Couldn't be happier. Totally recommend Precision.

My spring broke on my garage door and I called in the morning and they were out within an hour. Fast and efficient service. They gave me multiple quotes based on their inspection and explained the reasons why for each quote. Kyle was my service guy and he was very pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend their service if you need garage door repair.

I called Prevision Door late yesterday afternoon as I could not get the garage door to fully close. They offered to send someone out yet that night if needed. Blake responded to my service inquiry and was very professional and personable. He explained everything in detail, explained possible solutions in the future and checked out both garage doors while he was here. Called for a appointment this morning and was told a service tech would arrive between 10 am and noon. 9:55 am Blake arrived. Very very professional. I thought only springs needed replaced but he showed me other problems so we did all that was needed. Will never use anyone else. Blake was outstanding. Thank you

Definately over priced service and over charged. I was charged $60 for $20 bearings. I had 3 installed, do the math. I understand some mark up as appropriate, but 300%?? Only greed and theft, can justify that.

Excellent service from the first contact. Easy to schedule, repairman was upfront with estimates, knowledgeable, polite and actually seemed to enjoy his job-not something you see everyday anymore. Hope we won’t need repairs again, but we won’t call anybody else. 10 out of 10 rating from us.
