Had a great experience with Precision and the individual technician, Ryan. Contacted them before 8am via chat to make an appointment and Ryan was out by 11:30 to do the repairs. He talked me through what the issues were, their possible solutions and gave me a quote before any work was done. Within an hour, all repairs had been made and the garage door operates better than it ever had!

My initial contact and service call with Bryce was very positive and when the issue of installing a new keypad was diagnosed as a problem with the circuit board, the charge for the service call was waived and quotes for a new opener or new circuit board were promptly sent. We decided on a new unit, and Jordan’s installation service on June 6 was quick and efficient. The availability and use of a $50 coupon toward the total cost helped to “soften” the blow of a bigger than expected expenditure from our earlier plan of just replacing the keypad. Thank you for your good service and professionalism.

Ryan was nice however I am very unsatisfied with the product. Ryans assessment after a few button presses was the garage door keypad was no more than 5 years old and already inoperable to the point of needing a replacement. I feel this is unacceptable for such an expensive keypad and garage door system. Cory

We came home on a Sunday afternoon to a garage door that wouldn’t open. I called precision at 330. A tech was at our home by 4 and everything was replaced and fixed by 6 pm. Professional and quick response time. Kept us updated on appointment time and actually moved us up several hours. Technician was knowledgable, pleasant and curtious. This was not a major repair as all that was needed was the bottom weather strip replaced, he walked us through the entire process and performed an overall inspection. I would highly recommend Precision anytime.

My garage door wouldn’t open with the remote. Opened the side door, and the opener was tapping morse code, “I’m old and broke.” To my surprise Jordan came that afternoon. He gave me a couple choices to look at. He changed not only my opener but my old rollers. Thanks for the quick response. Sorry for the hot garage.
