They came out promptly after I called in and did an inspection. Bryce returned to the shop to grab supplies to bring back to our house and install that day. Had a great experience with Precision and the individual technician, Ryan. Contacted them before 8am via chat to make an appointment and Ryan was out by 11:30 to do the repairs. He talked me through what the issues were, their possible solutions and gave me a quote before any work was done. Within an hour, all repairs had been made and the garage door operates better than it ever had!

My initial contact and service call with Bryce was very positive and when the issue of installing a new keypad was diagnosed as a problem with the circuit board, the charge for the service call was waived and quotes for a new opener or new circuit board were promptly sent. We decided on a new unit, and Jordan’s installation service on June 6 was quick and efficient. The availability and use of a $50 coupon toward the total cost helped to “soften” the blow of a bigger than expected expenditure from our earlier plan of just replacing the keypad. Thank you for your good service and professionalism.

Ryan was nice however I am very unsatisfied with the product. Ryans assessment after a few button presses was the garage door keypad was no more than 5 years old and already inoperable to the point of needing a replacement.
