After coming home from work to find that a spring had broken, I called to make an, HOPING for an appointment in the next day or two. Nope, I was helped that day! Making the appointment was quick and easy, with confirmation and an installer profile/ picture sent within minutes. Ryan arrived on time and didn’t just go right to the broken spring, he asked me if I had any other concerns or issues that I would like him to look at. In 15 minutes he had 4 options for me based on my original call and the other issues I had brought up. And since they have almost everything they need on their trucks, Ryan was able to not only fix my springs, but installed a new opener! We went from an opener that sounded like a freight train, to one that is as quiet as an electric car. We are so impressed with how we were treated and with Ryan’s professionalism and quality work. I would highly recommend contacting them should you need emergency repairs or are just looking to upgrade your current garage door opener.

My garage door rubber seal was mis-aligned and the track it uses to keep it attached to the garage was coming off my garage door. This track wasn't allowing my garage door opener to shut the door. I called the office and I had a technician at my door within three hours! He was professional and fixed everything within minutes. I will use this company for my future garage door issues.

If I could give the technician negative stars I would. Came in with an attitude right from the start. We informed him that one of the garage door springs had broken. Tech asked if we wanted a basic check on our system. After his 2 seconds of looking around, he stated we had bolts coming loose, about to shear off. Our bearings were bad because of the black on some parts. Tech did not take a picture of the bad bearings until I tried to see what he was referring to. Most repair people will take pictures of the problem & show you. Tech gave us outrageous pricing & payment plans before he even showed us the issue. I informed tech we would need to check into that & at this time we only wanted to replace the 1 broken spring. Tech stated if I only wanted 1 spring replaced, I needed to find another company! He will only replace 2 not 1. With a major attitude. After that, I was not letting him do any work at our house. Asked if there would be a service call fee for the visit and your tech said no I wouldn't to make you angrier than you already are. I was applied by his behavior. This is not how you act when you come into someone's home to make repairs. Your company was referred to us by other friends that have had repairs done. Just absolutely shocked at the behavior of your tech. Bad way to do business this does not even reflect what you say in your tv commercials.

Jordan Andrus was the Technician that came to my rescue 2 years ago when my overhead garage door railing pulled loose from the door frame. Today one of my springs broke and I immediately called Precision Door Service based the excellent job Jordan did last time. I could not believe my luck when Jordan showed up again this time. We both recognized each other and he again made quick work of installing two new springs and three new bearings all in less than an hour. Technician Jordan Clark was very professional and gave a clear understanding of our garage door status and overall condition. He presented itemized repair cost options. We decided on a course of action and Jordan completed the repair in a timely fashion. An itemized email was sent upon completion of the work. To add to our experience, we discovered our broken spring about 8:45am and I made a call to Precision customer service about 9:00am to request a repair. Three hours later, our garage door was repaired and functional. Pretty good customer service in my book.

I had issue that my key pad on garage stoped working. These guys installed new key pad and garage door opener year or two ago. I called and apt is set for next day. I called Precision because they’ve installed and repaired for us before. Technicians were helpful and courtesy, listened to the issues. It was an easy solve, one I should have thought about, and they figured it out easily. First of all, Kyle is just a fine young gentleman. He called before arriving and was there at the agreed time. We had just called for service the day before, and my husband unexpectedly had to be gone at the time of the appointment. Kyle explained the problem, detailed the solutions, and promptly made the needed repairs. The repair cost was as expected, and the job was completed in about an hour!! We received a call back from Kyle within 15 minutes and arrived 1/2 hour from placing our order, on a Sunday! Kyle was polite and clearly explained the causes for our malfunctioning garage door opener. Kyle provided several options for repair and/or replacement of worn items. We decided to repair the garage door hardware and replace the opener. Kyle had everything fixed and cleaned up in about 2 hours! We're very happy with Precision and Kyle.
