I called Precision Door on Saturday evening with issues with our garage door not closing and making strange sounds when it did work. The technician. Blake, arrived at the designated time to fix the issue the next day.. Blake was very courteous and provided us with an upfront estimate for the work. Upon completion, he explained everything he did and we were very satisfied with his job performance. I would highly recommend using Precision Door for any future issues that might arise.

My experience with Precision was the complete opposite of what I've previously experienced with home-related repairs in the following ways: 1. Same-day service 2. The technician was 90 minutes early 3. The repair process was explained clearly + in non-technical language 4. Questions were answered clearly 5. An add-on product that was clearly needed but a challenge to afford at this time was offered at a discount. Although it improved the performance of the garage door, it didn't get the results the technician had envisioned once installed so it was removed from the bill. 6. The "technician" was actually the owner doing the job he asks others to do.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing any garage door services.They responded to my online request within an hour, and set an appointment for the next morning. When they found they had an opening the same day I contacted them, they moved up the appointment for me. Eric was outstanding!
