The repairman arrived within a couple of hours after my call. He was very pleasant, and quickly replaced the broken spring. He also discussed additional recommended repairs/replacement parts to help prolong the proper functioning of the garage door. Precision was able to send a technician, Worth Henry, to our home the same day we submitted our request. Worth was extremely professional and thorough in his assessment, talking me through each issue and option with no pressure tactics. He was able to replace nearly everything that needed updating (25-year-old elements giving out from years of use) in about 2 hours, working diligently in extremely cold weather to ensure everything was complete and operational. We will be recommending Precision to anyone who needs garage door service!

Sam was amazing. Came out late one afternoon and diagnosed the problem. We opted for a new opener and to have it installed first thing the following morning. Sam was prompt, professional, and courteous. He had the new opener installed in no time. My garage door broke in the late afternoon. I called at 4:30 and they said they would be able to be there between 6-8 PM. I got a call and Sean said he would be there in 10 minutes. Arrived at 4:45 PM. Replaced several things on the door and was done quickly, efficiently and looks great! There was no emergency fee for coming in the evening. Another company was going to charge $385 for coming the next day! Thank you for your quick response!
