Called and within a couple hours they had a technician out. He had been doing some work not too far away so came right out. Nick diagnosed everything. He pointed out where the installers of the doors had not done things quite right and fixed all of that plus was able to fix our major problem of the door not opening and closing correctly. It was well worth the money we paid for it.

Caiden Farrand replaced our garage door opener and performed a complete inspection of our door and mechanism. He made adjustments to our door and replaced the rollers and steel cable on the door. I needed a new Backup Battery, so I called Precision to schedule a Service Call with the replacement battery. They stated that they could get to me yet today between Noon and 2:00 pm. PERFECT!!! They followed up with a Text confirmation and then sent me the name and information about the Service Technician. Adam was fantastic! He called when he was about 25 minutes away. He replaced the battery, greased the track, inspected the springs and reinforced the lift connection to the garage door. Checked out the operation multiple times and was very thorough and efficient. A great guy and we had a little time to talk about boating and fishing, one of his hobbies. I have always been thrilled with Precision Garage Door Service and I highly recommend their service and staff.

Precision was able to send a technician, Worth Henry, to our home the same day we submitted our request. Worth was extremely professional and thorough in his assessment, talking me through each issue and option with no pressure tactics. He was able to replace nearly everything that needed updating (25-year-old elements giving out from years of use) in about 2 hours, working diligently in extremely cold weather to ensure everything was complete and operational.
