Jordan was fantastic to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issues with our 20-year-old garage doors, proposed several options, and completed a full replacement of the garage door openers and key components of the doors themselves by early afternoon. He was very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured into any particular choice. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone based on our experience.

My garage door spring broker over the weekend and I called Precision Garage Door Sunday afternoon to schedule an appointment. They were able to get me in the next day. We had an issue with a suspended shelf overhead in the garage, that had been installed incorrectly- and one corner failed . The previous installer had not done the work of putting screws into wood framing, but instead simply screwed into drywall. Your staff personal rebuilt the shelf , doing the work that should have been done correctly the first time. We not only are pleased with Precision Garage Door, but we are having them install a new garage door, opener, and better seals. We are VERY happy with working with Precision Garage Door!

I was looking at getting a new garage door opener. Tech was scheduled that same day and called 10 minutes before he arrived. Very professional and polite, quoted me the price for new opener and said he should be completed in less than 2 hours. Hour and a half later, done. Excellent technician. Awesome job. Well done!!

We are very satisfied with our garage door service from Precision Garage Door! Jordan arrived earlier than our 4p-6p scheduled appointment time, which was awesome because my wife is a nurse and has to work at 7p. Jordan explained the work that needed to be done and really broke down what Precision services would be best for us short and long term. Jordan finished the job in a timely manner and explained to me the different parts he had repaired. Jordan had a great attitude and smile the whole time he was here and we would definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door to family and friends! Thank you!

A friend recommended Precision Door Service. Grant (the technician) was very professional and easy to work with. He thoroughly assessed our garage door issue. He provided a range of options. We chose to have one part replaced today. After we review the emailed summary of service options for updating our garage door motor and electronic components, we will be scheduling an additional appt for that installation. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service!

After coming home from work to find that a spring had broken, I called to make an, HOPING for an appointment in the next day or two. Nope, I was helped that day! Making the appointment was quick and easy, with confirmation and an installer profile/ picture sent within minutes. Ryan arrived on time and didn’t just go right to the broken spring, he asked me if I had any other concerns or issues that I would like him to look at. In 15 minutes he had 4 options for me based on my original call and the other issues I had brought up. And since they have almost everything they need on their trucks, Ryan was able to not only fix my springs, but installed a new opener! We went from an opener that sounded like a freight train, to one that is as quiet as an electric car. We are so impressed with how we were treated and with Ryan’s professionalism and quality work. I would highly recommend contacting them should you need emergency repairs or are just looking to upgrade your current garage door opener.

Incredible service and workmanship. Caiden explained everything very well. He performed the job safely and efficiently. I am truly amazed at the response. My spring broke around 1030 am. I went online and there were same day appointments available, by 1215 Precision had my door fixed and running smoothly. Awesome work!!
