He arrived promptly, diagnosed our garage door issues quickly, and took the time to explain everything in plain language so we completely understood our options. I needed a new Backup Battery, so I called Precision to schedule a Service Call with the replacement battery. They stated that they could get to me yet today between Noon and 2:00 pm. PERFECT!!! They followed up with a Text confirmation and then sent me the name and information about the Service Technician. Adam was fantastic! He called when he was about 25 minutes away. He replaced the battery, greased the track, inspected the springs and reinforced the lift connection to the garage door. Checked out the operation multiple times and was very thorough and efficient. A great guy and we had a little time to talk about boating and fishing, one of his hobbies. I have always been thrilled with Precision Garage Door Service and I highly recommend their service and staff.

Caiden stopped by to see if anything could be done as water seeps in during rains. He was honest and said in his opinion changing out rubber gasket not likely to solve problem (poor concrete pouring which we already knew). Appreciated his honesty.

The repairman arrived within a couple of hours after my call. He was very pleasant, and quickly replaced the broken spring. He also discussed additional recommended repairs/replacement parts to help prolong the proper functioning of the garage door. Precision was able to send a technician, Worth Henry, to our home the same day we submitted our request. Worth was extremely professional and thorough in his assessment, talking me through each issue and option with no pressure tactics. He was able to replace nearly everything that needed updating (25-year-old elements giving out from years of use) in about 2 hours, working diligently in extremely cold weather to ensure everything was complete and operational. We will be recommending Precision to anyone who needs garage door service!

Sam was amazing. Came out late one afternoon and diagnosed the problem. We opted for a new opener and to have it installed first thing the following morning. Sam was prompt, professional, and courteous. He had the new opener installed in no time. Our experience from making the first call to problem solved was such a breath of fresh air compared to trying to get good service from anyone these days! Nothing but 5 stars for Sam and Precision Garage Door Service.

My garage door broke in the late afternoon. I called at 4:30 and they said they would be able to be there between 6-8 PM. I got a call and Sean said he would be there in 10 minutes. Arrived at 4:45 PM. Replaced several things on the door and was done quickly, efficiently and looks great! There was no emergency fee for coming in the evening. Another company was going to charge $385 for coming the next day! Thank you for your quick response!

Spring on our garage door broke. Called Precision at 5 pm on a Sunday, technician came out at 8:30 am Monday morning and had repair done by 10:30 am. Kyle Muyskens did a complete inspection, gave us options and fixed the problem all in one trip exceeding our expectations on how quickly they could come and fix the problem.
