My garage door broke in the late afternoon. I called at 4:30 and they said they would be able to be there between 6-8 PM. I got a call and Sean said he would be there in 10 minutes. Arrived at 4:45 PM. Replaced several things on the door and was done quickly, efficiently and looks great! There was no emergency fee for coming in the evening. Another company was going to charge $385 for coming the next day! Thank you for your quick response!

Spring on our garage door broke. Called Precision at 5 pm on a Sunday, technician came out at 8:30 am Monday morning and had repair done by 10:30 am. We had an issue with a suspended shelf overhead in the garage, that had been installed incorrectly- and one corner failed . The previous installer had not done the work of putting screws into wood framing, but instead simply screwed into drywall. Your staff personal rebuilt the shelf , doing the work that should have been done correctly the first time. We not only are pleased with Precision Garage Door, but we are having them install a new garage door, opener, and better seals. We are VERY happy with working with Precision Garage Door!

We are very satisfied with our garage door service from Precision Garage Door! Jordan arrived earlier than our 4p-6p scheduled appointment time, which was awesome because my wife is a nurse and has to work at 7p. Jordan explained the work that needed to be done and really broke down what Precision services would be best for us short and long term.
