I contacted Precision because they had 24/7 operators, had 5am-11pm appts. and their ad claimed best price in town. ALL WAS TRUE! I am so highly impressed with this company. They even called me back when they had a cancellation to see if I wanted to move up my appointment because they knew I had a rush job. There phone staff is very patient and friendly. The person who came out, Jordan, had a positive, get-it-done attitude and the repair was 10 minutes, literally. It was very inexpensive, too! Highly recommend!

On what was the coldest day of 2022 thus far our garage door opener decided to finally quit on us. I searched for a company through Nextdoor and Facebook groups with high recommendations and Precision Door was the most recommended with the best ratings. I called on a Sunday and was surprised that someone answered. I was given an appointment time for the next day but the rep said they would talk with managers to see about getting someone to come same day. Kyle was dispatched to our house same day and called an hour before the expected time he was going to be there and showed up 30 minutes early. Kyle was so polite and very honest when it came to bringing us news that the garage door opener was indeed done for. He had all parts and everything needed to do a full replacement. Kyle was attentive, polite, and very thorough. He took time to explain our new garage door opener, did not try to upsell us, and worked in our cold garage (we did put a space heater in there) for several hours. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing garage door services and very impressed with the work done.

The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door Des Moines and they came out the next morning and fixed it. They also did a thorough inspection of my garage door and I had them refurbish all the worn parts so now it works like it is brand new!

We called to schedule a service for our garage springs to be replaced. Our appointment was set for the same day as the call between 2&4pm. At 12:50pm I received a call from the technician that he could head my way earlier then expected, arriving within 20 mins to be exact which was wonderful. After an inspection there of course was more that needed to be repaired then met the eye. Kyle walked us through a variety of options and was more then happy to answer all the questions we had. Kyle was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! When the work was done he showed us everything and tested it out a couple times before he left. We were happy to hear that there were payment options, not many companies will accommodate in this area most times. Fortunately we didn’t have to utilize this but great to know for future. We will be reaching out to Precision with all our future garage needs.

On-time service. Very friendly technician. We had garage door opener issues and some worn out rollers. The opener needed replacing, and so did the rollers. All service completed in about an hour, and new opener purrs like a kitten.

I Called this afternoon for a technition to look at my garage door. It won’t go up or down. It’s been like this off and on for about 5 years. The receptionist asked when I would like it done. Would today between 4 and 6 be ok? I sure didn’t expect so soon. Eric was here, replaced my garage door opener, chain, bar with chain and the electronic eye all in about 45 minutes.

My garage door spring broke late Saturday evening, and by early Sunday morning, I had a plan with Precision Door Services to get the situation fixed. I appreciated the fact that there are no weekend or emergency service fees. In fact, there was no service fee at all. The technician who arrived, Jeffrey Pinney, was personable, efficient, and honestly presented me with three options and the respective price points that would allow me to then best select and meet my needs, both immediate and long term. I was impressed by how quickly and neatly the repair work was done. I hope I don't need to repair anything else regarding my garage anytime soon, but if I do, my first call absolutely will be made to Precision Door!
