A very professional service technician (called prior to arriving) arrived within the specified time. After watching and listening to our garage door noise, he quickly diagnosed to problem area by pointing out where on the door the problem occurred. He also offered a very viable solution. Kyle Muyskens arrived early which was good for my schedule. He was thorough in his analysis of the garage door issues and carefully explained what it take to continue uninterrupted service of the door. There was no pressure whatsoever at any time in his presentation. Kyle worked quickly and was finished in less time than originally estimated. Perhaps the best part was the door was working within 3 hours of my online request for service.
