My garage door spring broke late Friday morning. My usual service company wasn't able to fix it until the following Monday. I decided to call Precision Garage Door after having seen their ads on TV. They were able work me in that afternoon which was great because the door was down and not going anywhere with a broken spring. Their technician Jordan A. did a great job! He started off with a full evaluation of the door, gave me a list of additional options to consider beyond just fixing the springs. I decided what I wanted done and he did it with no pressure whatsoever. I felt like I came away with a new door, it was great!

Brandon arrived 15 minutes late, outside of the 2 hour window so we were off to a slow start. We chose Precision again, for a garge door lube and tune up, after an emergency bracket repair done last year that was done quickly and adequately. After the garage door safety check, Brandon was able to explain and demonstrate several issues that needed attention. He offered several repair options at different price points. I appreciated the options and ultimately made a choice that made sense for my budget and safety. I can trust Precision and would give them my business in the future.

They installed our current system. I had a small problem late in the day, so called their 24/7 number. They showed up the next morning in a timely matter and took care of the problem. The technician showed me a couple of things to prevent the problem from happening again. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

Technician Sam was great. He explained our options in a clear and patient way. We had previously used a different company but we were unhappy with the high pressure tactics used by their representative. The unit works great now. Precision is our company going forward and we will ask for Sam if he is available for us.

Kyle M. was great! He looked over my door for any issues and wear. He recommended roller replacements along with the spring (the obvious issue). Works smooth now! Can't believe how quiet the door is. Same day service on a Friday. Even though he arrived just after 5:30, he took the time to walk me through what was needed. Quality job! Highly recommend.

Great staff , Great doors and a great professional install of the new doors and new belt drive operators. Doors and operators very smooth and quiet. We went from blasé cookie cutter doors to wood look insulated, with windows. Huge difference in how the house looks, and no longer are stepping out from the house into a black cave with the new door windows that we did not have before. Competitive price point as well. Thank you for being there when I had an emergency. I got a prompt answer to my call and a technician arriving within the hour on a Sunday afternoon during the middle of Iowa women’s basketball game. Can’t say much more in appreciation than that. The tech was friendly, competent and informative. Sorry I don’t recall his name but he is definitely an asset to your company. Just sorry this is costing me so much at a difficult time

we needed a new garage door and I called and talk with your receptionist and she did a wonderful job on the phone and we decided to have you install a new door for us. That was last Friday and we got a new door installed at a very good price Tuesday of this week. We could be more pleased with the Brody & Eric installers and your receptionist.
