I would highly recommend this company! I called on Friday and had a technician come out the following Tuesday. Worth, my technician was wonderful and on time. Garage door spring broke Wednesday afternoon. Called Precision Garage Door at 4:30 on Wednesday and Shawn showed up at 8:30 Thursday morning. Shawn was great and suggested some other tune ups and was done in 2 hours. I would highly recommend them for any garage door repairs Shawn was great.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. We got the referral from friends who just used them. Booking online was easy and they came the following day to repair our door. It was fast, easy and Shawn even showed up early! We were worried we’d have to get a new door but they were able to repair the springs, rollers and even replaced our garage door opener. The second tech who arrived did an outstanding job. The first, less experienced tech said the house trim around the outside of the garage door needed to be moved, because it was hitting the garage door. When I asked for a second, more experienced tech, that tech adjusted the brackets on each side of the garage door on the interior side of the door to quickly resolve the problem. Both individuals were courteous and cooperative.
