The second tech who arrived did an outstanding job. The first, less experienced tech said the house trim around the outside of the garage door needed to be moved, because it was hitting the garage door. When I asked for a second, more experienced tech, that tech adjusted the brackets on each side of the garage door on the interior side of the door to quickly resolve the problem. Both individuals were courteous and cooperative.

My garage door just collapsed after getting a brand new one installed not even a year ago so I called Precision and they had Jordan to my house before I even made it home (approx 15 minutes). If you want to get ripped off by the worst company call them they quote me 780 to fix my garage door I call a great guy on CL and he did it for 350. This company wants to change parts that you don’t need or want to charge you extra. Literally scammers.
