Jordan was fantastic! After having a really bad day, and then coming home to a broken garage door Jordan came to my house right away and was calm and very helpful! He presented me with 3 options and the benefits and the negatives of all of them as well as financing options. Overall I still had to buy a new garbage door, but the experience wasn’t as bad as I expected.

A very professional service technician (called prior to arriving) arrived within the specified time. After watching and listening to our garage door noise, he quickly diagnosed to problem area by pointing out where on the door the problem occurred. He also offered a very viable solution. The technician also indicated there wouldn’t be a charge for his assessment.

Kyle Muyskens arrived early which was good for my schedule. He was thorough in his analysis of the garage door issues and carefully explained what it take to continue uninterrupted service of the door. There was no pressure whatsoever at any time in his presentation. Kyle worked quickly and was finished in less time than originally estimated. Perhaps the best part was the door was working within 3 hours of my online request for service.

What a spectacular experience. They were at my house within 4 hours of placing my service call. They clearly explained why the door broke and gave me options for a fix. The technician was phenomenal (give this guy a raise!) and had it fixed in 45 mins. A quick checkout process where an instant email was sent with my invoice, my warranty paperwork and they even included a safety checklist. We have used Precision service two times and have been satisfied with the work they performed both times. Hopefully we will not have to call them a third time but if we have garage door problems we will definitely use them again
