A very professional service technician (called prior to arriving) arrived within the specified time. After watching and listening to our garage door noise, he quickly diagnosed to problem area by pointing out where on the door the problem occurred. He also offered a very viable solution. The technician also indicated there wouldn’t be a charge for his assessment.

Kyle Muyskens arrived early which was good for my schedule. He was thorough in his analysis of the garage door issues and carefully explained what it take to continue uninterrupted service of the door. There was no pressure whatsoever at any time in his presentation. Kyle worked quickly and was finished in less time than originally estimated. Perhaps the best part was the door was working within 3 hours of my online request for service.

What a spectacular experience. They were at my house within 4 hours of placing my service call. They clearly explained why the door broke and gave me options for a fix. The technician was phenomenal (give this guy a raise!) and had it fixed in 45 mins. A quick checkout process where an instant email was sent with my invoice, my warranty paperwork and they even included a safety checklist. Our technician Kyle was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He inspected everything and gave us options on the repairs. We had a broken Spring that needed to be repaired. I also asked to upgrade to a belt driven system everything works great and is super quiet!!!!!
