Jordan was fantastic! After having a really bad day, and then coming home to a broken garage door Jordan came to my house right away and was calm and very helpful! He presented me with 3 options and the benefits and the negatives of all of them as well as financing options. Overall I still had to buy a new garbage door, but the experience wasn’t as bad as I expected.

A very professional service technician (called prior to arriving) arrived within the specified time. After watching and listening to our garage door noise, he quickly diagnosed to problem area by pointing out where on the door the problem occurred. He also offered a very viable solution.
