We were set up for service on Monday but got a call asking if service could be done yesterday. We have always been mostly self-sufficient but there comes a time in ones life when help from others is a better choice. This was one of them. God bless Eric & Mike. Eric replaced a broken spring (car locked in garage), and also replaced the other worn spring along with other worn parts that were in need of attention. Eric was fantastic in analysis, explanation of issues, reasonable cost estimate, and our door and opener now work and sound great! Same day service late in the day! Very professional and courteous. Wow....same day service (actually same morning!) including diagnosing the red light and replacing the operator before lunch! Eric is a personable and knowledgeable professional. The new unit is so quiet and smooth. And after the Wayne Dalton remote for my car failed a few years ago, I am delighted to be able to close the door from my car again!

Fast service. I called on Sunday, and Mike was at my house by 2pm and done by 3:30pm. Mike was very pleasant and worked quickly and my garage door was once again working again.
