I called Saturday morning and left a message, which was returned almost immediately. Sam called that same afternoon on his way to our home even earlier than scheduled . I needed a service call for my garage door, a problem with the backup battery. Sam Mathis was the technician that responded. Sam had some available time earlier that the scheduled appointment so he was able to arrive an hour early. We discussed the state of the battery and after some questions/answers it was determined to just disconnect it. Sam then took a look/inspection of the track, springs and rollers. These were all in working order. The service call was concluded in less that 15 minutes.

My garage door wouldn't close. I called Precision and Jordan their technician was at my door in 20 minutes. He explained my options and within an hour and a half, I had a new garage door opener and springs etc. Jordan was knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with his promptness and timely manner. I would definitely recommend Precision.

I scheduled an appointment online, which was super fast and easy. I received a text message shortly before our tech Sam arrived. He was on time, very polite and very knowledgable. He assessed the operation of our doors and gave us 3 different options. I chose to go with the more expensive 15 year warranty. Sam got to work and basically completely overhauled both doors. We are very happy with the results!

My remotes were not working so I called them to come out. Blake came out and showed me my simple error. The Lock button and what it does. Since that was a simple fix and a lesson learned, I had him look at everything else so his trip and time wasn’t wasted. He showed me a roller bracket was torn and the hing arm was starting to tear the panel. I had him fix both of those and also an exposed wire to the eye sensors. It’s all fixed and good as new. He was kind, courteously and helpful. This was the 2nd time I had garage door issues and this company is my go to. They are quick in their response time and very knowledgeable. Thanks for hiring great people to work for your company.

Was given a time range for the afternoon & then got called bumping me up since they were in the area. Ryan Swift was prompt, very pleasant & did a thorough check. Then went over his findings & let me decide how much I wanted done. He quickly did the part he could do & set up the rest to be done the next day. I had a broken spring and the service i received far exceeded my expectations. Kyle, the service technician was friendly, knowledgeable and provided a detailed explanation of the work he did. Very helpful and courteous. The response time was very quick and the repairs were completed in less than an hour from the time I called. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Des Moines.
