I received professional, outstanding service today! I received a call to let me know when they were coming to fix my issue within the time frame I was told over the phone. Jordan was beyond knowledgeable of what needed fixed and went above and beyond to explain what he was going to fix, writing down prices so I could see what he was going to do. I am very thankful for the service I received today and would highly recommend Precision Door!

Wow! We called the office at 2:20pm. We were told we we receive a call between 4pm and 6pm. Bryce called at 4:30 and arrive 5 minutes later. We were expecting a review of scope of work followed by a price quote. We were not expecting all parts to be on the service van. We were not expecting to hear” I can start now and can be done between 1 and 2 hours. Door spring replaced. New rollers, door opener and door seal. Top door panel reinforced. And was completed by 5:40. The door works amazingly well. This is what service looks like. Great job! Bryce was very clear on the warranty of all the different parts.

We were very happy with the services Cade provided today. He was very informative and helpful in explaining what was absolutely necessary, but also what may be best to repair now since there was quite a bit of wear on some parts. We chose Precision Door because of their BBB rating, 24 hr hotline and their next day service. We would choose them again and highly recommend the high quality and respectful service.

Great service by Bryce Strumpfer.Bryce went over and beyond with excellent service he made sure that my garage door was completely fixed before he left.
