We had an issue with our garage door where it wasn’t connecting to our opener. Precision Door came out the next day to check it out! Scott was extremely helpful and walked us through everything that was going on with our garage door. He didn’t push us to go with a certain repair and even did some extra things for us which was super nice! I’d highly recommend using this company if you need any repairs done on your garage!

Technician showed up for appointment on time, was courteous and explained conditions of the garage door and what was needed. Also took the time to go over what was done after the work was complete. My issues with Precision was that (1) they were not able to send someone out in an emergency when I couldn't open my garage door so that I could get to an appointment and (2) When asked, the technician stated that the warranty was transferrable and all that was needed was for the new owner to call in. This was important as I am thinking of downsizing and moving. The invoice I received after the repairs were done, stated the warranty was not transferrable. The door appears to be operating smoothly upon the technician's departure.

I Highly Recommend, Precision Garage Door of Des Moines. I called and talked to Susan, She was Great, expecting to wait a few days to a week for a Technician to show up, this was at two in the afternoon and the Service Tech showed up at Five...Extremely Fast and Timely ! Caiden Farrand was the Professional Service Technician and He was Honest and Great to work with, turns out it is a job I can do myself by leveling the floor underneath the door so there is no gaps whatsoever between the bottom of the Garage Door and the Floor. Caiden charged me absolutely nothing for his Professional Advise and help saying the rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door was in good shape and not in need of replacement. No Charge for the Service Call and if I would have had work done a 5% Veteran Discount. I Highly Recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Des Moines !

I am so pleased that a technician was at our house and starting repairs within an hour of us calling. He separated out what was critical to fix and things that were going to need repair soon so we could decide which repairs to approve today. We appreciate the fast and honest service and repair.

Garage door issue was not diagnosed with any certainty. Technician wanted to install several parts hoping this would solve the issue. We decided we did not have a definitive solution to our problem so we are getting a second opinion.

5-Star Review for Precision Garage Door of Des Moines I recently had Precision Garage Door of Des Moines install new garage doors, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. First, the consultation was thorough and informative. The team helped me choose the perfect doors that fit my home’s aesthetic and budget. They provided all the details I needed to make an informed decision, from materials to insulation options. The installation process was equally impressive. The technicians arrived on time, were polite, and worked efficiently. They took great care with both the old doors and the new installation, ensuring everything was done to perfection. The new doors look fantastic and operate smoothly. I also appreciated the level of communication throughout the process. The team was always available to answer questions, and I received updates about the timeline and progress. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Des Moines for anyone in need of garage door services. Their professionalism, expertise, and quality service truly set them apart!
