I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am that I chose Precision Door. They were professional, prompt and wonderful to deal with. They came, even tho it was the 4th of July. They sent pictures of the people who were going to work on the project. All of them were a delight to work with. The job got done quickly, the mess was cleaned up and I was a happy camper. I will be sure to tell my friends about your rapid wonderful service. Thank you sooo much. Tina Olson-satisfied customer!!’

5-Star Review for Precision Garage Door of Des Moines I recently had Precision Garage Door of Des Moines install new garage doors, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth and professional. First, the consultation was thorough and informative. The team helped me choose the perfect doors that fit my home’s aesthetic and budget. They provided all the details I needed to make an informed decision, from materials to insulation options. The installation process was equally impressive. The technicians arrived on time, were polite, and worked efficiently. They took great care with both the old doors and the new installation, ensuring everything was done to perfection. The new doors look fantastic and operate smoothly. I also appreciated the level of communication throughout the process. The team was always available to answer questions, and I received updates about the timeline and progress. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Des Moines for anyone in need of garage door services. Their professionalism, expertise, and quality service truly set them apart!

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. We got the referral from friends who just used them. Booking online was easy and they came the following day to repair our door. It was fast, easy and Shawn even showed up early! We were worried we’d have to get a new door but they were able to repair the springs, rollers and even replaced our garage door opener. We had a great experience and would use them again!

We very much appreciate the prompt and excellent service we received. A broken spring disabled our garage door on a Sunday night. Thankfully, your business was open to answer a call, and a technician was scheduled to arrive the following morning. Kyle was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly examined our equipment and thoughtfully provided options for repair/replacement. He then efficiently completed the tasks we authorized. He explained the work he performed, and demonstrated how the new equipment should be used and maintained. We are very pleased to have contacted your company, and for Kyle to have been the technician assigned.

The second tech who arrived did an outstanding job. The first, less experienced tech said the house trim around the outside of the garage door needed to be moved, because it was hitting the garage door. When I asked for a second, more experienced tech, that tech adjusted the brackets on each side of the garage door on the interior side of the door to quickly resolve the problem. Both individuals were courteous and cooperative.

My garage door just collapsed after getting a brand new one installed not even a year ago so I called Precision and they had Jordan to my house before I even made it home (approx 15 minutes). Jordan knew what the issue was immediately and had it fixed within 30 minutes all for under $100. Great price. Jordan was awesome. Great guy and knowledgeable. Very satisfied. I'd give 6 stars if I could to Jordan! Thanks Precision!
