I choose Precision because they answered the phone and could get to me on Saturday afternoon. I have a lot of valuable stuff in my garage, and would not want to leave the door open over night. The way it was, it was impossible to close the garage door. Your representative was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, repaced all the worn or broken parts and did a great job. I will choose Precision again if I have future garage door problems.

Fast, convenient service. Called ahead and came 2 hours early on a Sunday. Explained needed repairs, provided quote, replaced broken door spring, adjusted door so it closes tightly and reset door remotes that haven't worked for years. Very pleased.

The garage door wouldn't open and had some major issues. I called and was able to get an appt. the next day. They came out and looked it over and gave me my options. They were able to fix it right then. Great service! Bryce gave me a reasonable quote for all that needed done.
