Precision came over, looked at the problem that another garage door company had looked at and would cost $2000 to replace the whole thing and just tweaked it a little and it started working fine. And they didnt even charge me for it! Never use another door company again, and that means YOU Hinkley! Twice you have failed me. You make it like pulling teeth for you even to make a call back!

I discoved a broken door spring at 4:20 pm. Checked with my son-in-law and he recommended Precision Door Service. I called them at 4:24 and they said it was possible to set an appointment around 6:00 pm. At 4:40 I received the tech's information and photo via text. The tech, Worth Henry, arrived within 20 minutes and completed the installation by 5:59. Nice young man and a quick completion of the repair. Great service! Thank you.

I called Precision and was given an estimate for a spring repair. I was told that Precision would only replace both garage door springs (not just the one that was broken). I was Ok with that because the internet recommended replacing both springs even if only one was broken. The service person Grant gave me an estimate that was similar to the estimate I was given on the phone. Grant replaced both springs very quickly and I was happy with his work. I would use this company again if I needed any work on a garage door.
