Walked out the door Saturday morning and realized the opener control was not working. Called Precision to see if they could help remedy the problem. Stated they would come out that afternoon and a tech would call us when he was on his way. Fortunately enough he was in the area and was able to come that morning. Fixed the problem and went above and beyond by providing maintenance to our garage door. This wasn't our first time calling Precision for service. We had called around the holidays several years ago for a broken spring on our garage door and again it was resolved in a timely manner without breaking the bank! Thank you Bryce for your excellent service and repair!

Outstanding customer service. We called at 3:20pm with a garage door that would not open. Within 8 minutes Jordan called and said he was on his way. He arrived at 3:45 and was finished installing a new spring and cable by 5:00. He did a thorough job of investigating the problem and kept me informed with everything he did. I would recommend this company and this young man to anybody! An absolute pleasure to do business with.

The repairman Caiden was prompt actually early to the appointment. He was pleasant, patient while I explained the problem. He explained how he was going to figure out the problem and then he fixed it. It came down to owner error and was a simple fix. I complement Caiden for treating me with dignity when he explained the problem, then he showed me how to keep the problem from happening again.

Precision Doors replaced my door opener 4-5 yrs ago. I like it so much that I had them replace my garage door this week. I am amazed at how nice it is! They did excellent work and the door is nicely sealed all the way around it. I also purchased the extended warranty which is for 15 yrs. That will take care of me for a long time!

Jordan did a great job. The lower seal on the door was probably the original seal...and getting it out and a new seal installed was more difficult and time consuming than any of us anticipated...requiring some additional help and different seal. However the guys from Precision got it done and did a great job. When I get new doors...Precision will be at the top of my list. Thanks

Sam was awesome! Did not try to upsell me, just get me what I needed. He made sure that everything was working and that I didn't have any questions. He even lubricated the garage door, programmed my vehicles, and also the key pad for me! Excellent Service! Wish I had called them when I needed a new garage door! I'm really happy with the new garage door opener!

I am so unbelievably impressed with the prompt response to my panicked call when I broke our garage door on a Saturday morning. They had a technician (Brandon) out to our house within 1 hour from my call. He assessed the situation and had our door back in working order. The price was more than reasonable.

Excellent service!! Kyle was my technician. Exactly on time. Very polite and well/spoken. Very clean and tidy with work area. Excellent manners. Superb customer service!! Thorough in inspection and timely estimate/quote with several options for repairs. New type of springs: torsion replacement. Worked efficiently and finished in allotted time frame he said it would take. Price was more than I was expecting, but since I don’t have the knowledge and know how of these types of repairs, it must be what it is now. Overall, a wonderful experience. Will highly recommend this company to family, friends, and clients. Job well done!! Thank you!!

My installer was Brandon. He was very polite and pleasant to deal with. No high pressure sales and he knew his product. I called first thing Monday morning and the garage door spring was fixed on my rental house garage by noon the same day, now that is SERVICE! Most other companies should follow this example. Our garage door broke on Wednesday evening. We contacted Precision the next day and had our garage door fixed by Thursday afternoon!! They definitely met our expectations.
