I discoved a broken door spring at 4:20 pm. Checked with my son-in-law and he recommended Precision Door Service. I called them at 4:24 and they said it was possible to set an appointment around 6:00 pm. At 4:40 I received the tech's information and photo via text. The tech, Worth Henry, arrived within 20 minutes and completed the installation by 5:59. Nice young man and a quick completion of the repair. Great service! Thank you.

I called Precision and was given an estimate for a spring repair. I was told that Precision would only replace both garage door springs (not just the one that was broken). I was Ok with that because the internet recommended replacing both springs even if only one was broken. The service person Grant gave me an estimate that was similar to the estimate I was given on the phone. Grant replaced both springs very quickly and I was happy with his work. I would use this company again if I needed any work on a garage door.

Precision Garage Door did an absolutely fantastic job repairing the trim around my garage door. And they only charged me for one piece even though they installed three pieces of trim. on Sunday I called to set up a apointment for Monday. I was told there was a tech in our neighborhood and if I wanted he could stop by today and no additional cost.I was given a time frame of 2-4 and the tech arrived at 1.The tech looked at my door and explained the 25 yr old motor was on its last leg. He gave me a estimate that was acceptable and a good value.Within two hours the job was done and all was explained. My garage door arm from the door to the track broke off. It was 24 years old. Unfortunately parts no longer available. Grant Sagan had a new opener installed and all remotes programed and ready to go less than than an hour later. On a Sunday morning no less in freezing temps. He was easy to work with and knew his products well. I highly recommend him and Precision.
