My garage door rubber seal was mis-aligned and the track it uses to keep it attached to the garage was coming off my garage door. This track wasn't allowing my garage door opener to shut the door. I'd previously used Precision Garage Door after a neighbor recommended them. Basically needed a complete overhaul of our garage door functions from the motor, adding a keypad, repairs to seal under the door and replacing the previous chain from the motor to door. The Techs are knowledgeable and have a truck with plenty of service gear! I wouldn't use anyone else!

If I could give the technician negative stars I would. Came in with an attitude right from the start. We informed him that one of the garage door springs had broken. Tech asked if we wanted a basic check on our system. After his 2 seconds of looking around, he stated we had bolts coming loose, about to shear off. Our bearings were bad because of the black on some parts. Tech did not take a picture of the bad bearings until I tried to see what he was referring to. Most repair people will take pictures of the problem & show you. Tech gave us outrageous pricing & payment plans before he even showed us the issue. I informed tech we would need to check into that & at this time we only wanted to replace the 1 broken spring. Tech stated if I only wanted 1 spring replaced, I needed to find another company! He will only replace 2 not 1. With a major attitude. After that, I was not letting him do any work at our house. Asked if there would be a service call fee for the visit and your tech said no I wouldn't to make you angrier than you already are. I was applied by his behavior. This is not how you act when you come into someone's home to make repairs. Your company was referred to us by other friends that have had repairs done. Just absolutely shocked at the behavior of your tech. Bad way to do business this does not even reflect what you say in your tv commercials.

I called Precision Service at 5.30 pm ,the answering service setup an appt. for 8 am the next morning. I got an call from th tech Sam Mathis at 7; 15 said he was on his way. he came before 8 am and inspected the door ,he explained what was needed to repair the door,wrote me an estimate in minutes. I reviewed the estimate and asked him to go ahead with the work. I was very pleased with the work! Sam overhauled the door in an hour and a half,Now the door is better than it was new with the upgraded parts he used to repair it. he installed new springs-new cables-new mounted center bracke-and new rollers.Sam was very sharp,fast and freindly. Technician was friendly and took the time to explain what the issues were and how they could be remedied. He made sure I knew the operation of it and what to expect. Door opener runs much quieter than the previous one and is much easier to change the codes. A big plus was that I didn't have to wait to have the service performed. Installation was the same day as the consultation and the consultant was here within a couple of hours of calling them. Although it remains to be seen, I have confidence that I won't have any problems with the opener.

I contacted several garage door companies and had them send representatives over. I chose Precision because of the professionalism and courtesy of their representative and their competitive price. The installer came on the date agreed to and on time. He explained what he was going to do and how. He asked if I had any questions and I say no. He went to work immediately and did not loiter around or waste any time. He even courteously declined the cup of coffee I offered him. He finished the job within the 4-hour time frame he had projected. The doors look great. I am glad I chose Precision.

We had an awesome experience! Sam was our technician and he was timely, communicated great, and did efficient work! While some of the repairs were out of our budget for now - he was able to identify the critical components and took care of us. I think my favorite part was that I could schedule everything electronically. Submitted a form online and got scheduled via text message. It sounds silly and so simple but that really made scheduling a breeze.
