Precision was able to send a technician, Worth Henry, to our home the same day we submitted our request. Worth was extremely professional and thorough in his assessment, talking me through each issue and option with no pressure tactics. He was able to replace nearly everything that needed updating (25-year-old elements giving out from years of use) in about 2 hours, working diligently in extremely cold weather to ensure everything was complete and operational. We will be recommending Precision to anyone who needs garage door service!

Sam was amazing. Came out late one afternoon and diagnosed the problem. We opted for a new opener and to have it installed first thing the following morning. Sam was prompt, professional, and courteous. He had the new opener installed in no time. Precision Door responded to our request and need to have our garage door motor replaced within the same day. Their technician (Shawn) was very professional. I called Precision at 8AM on a Thursday morning as the remote in my car and the handheld remote were no longer working. They were at my home in less than an hour and a half and explained the problems and had them all fixed in great time. He pointed out other things that probably should be fixed, no pressure whatsoever to have them done. But I went ahead and had him fix them as the door and equipment were all over 23 years old. The door had a bottom roller came loose and jammed the door. Called and got the next available appointment 4-6 pm. I called at 230 pm same day. Kyle got there 455pm after calling in route letting me know he was on the way. Diagnosed and repaired/rebuilt in less than a hour. Best it's worked ever. Thx Precision

I’ve been having trouble with my garage access pad not consistently opening or closing my garage door from the outside, so I finally called to ask that someone come out and take a look. I was SO pleasantly surprised when they were here within an hour of my call! The technician (Caiden) was fabulous! He listened to me and could relate to the issues that I was describing to him! We discussed several options… Including replacing the pad, but I decided to try the Wi-Fi option before replacing the pad and I’m very happy to report that I haven’t had any trouble since! Even better I wasn’t charged anything for the 15 minutes he was here! Thank you Precision for the great help and customer service experience!

Can't be more pleased with finding Precision garage door service. Stuck in my house on a Sunday because of a broken spring. Easily scheduled my appointment online and actually heard from Jordan earlier than my appointment time. Jordan was very understanding and experienced than what he does. Quickly replace the springs and fixed the loose chain under 30 minutes. He also did something else to make it whisper, quiet, compared to how it used to be. Couldn't be happier with the choice I made.
