The door had a bottom roller came loose and jammed the door. Called and got the next available appointment 4-6 pm. I called at 230 pm same day. Kyle got there 455pm after calling in route letting me know he was on the way. Diagnosed and repaired/rebuilt in less than a hour. Best it's worked ever. Thx Precision
