I was pleased with Kyle Muyskens work. He took the time to explain everything to me before he started his work. Kyle showed me damaged pieces that would need repairs. Kyle went over my options for what repairs I could afford and explained the process. After Kyle completed his work, he showed me the repairs and opened and closed garage door. It was so quiet and smooth. He explained to me that I should lube the tracks once a year. I was very satisfied with the work before, during and after. Kyle sent me a copy of my repairs and pictures of his work. I was also very happy that Precision could come to my house the same day and get my door operational. I would highly recommend Precision for repairs. Thank you.

Sam came out to install new rubber gasket on bottom of garage door and also found a cable that needed to be replaced. He was very professional and answered all of my questions before beginning work.

My garage door wouldn’t open with the remote. Opened the side door, and the opener was tapping morse code, “I’m old and broke.” To my surprise Jordan came that afternoon. Great service today, very fast at taking care of our garage door problems. Sam was the technician, he did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, replaced a broken spring. He went over all of the parts of the door and told me their condition and if it was something that needed to be replace now or was something down the road. I decided to have him replaced everything that he saw had some wear on it. They were fast and he showed me everything that he did and why he felt it was something to think about doing now or in the future. Thank you Precision and thank you Sam for a job well done. Had a great experience with Precision and the individual technician, Ryan. Contacted them before 8am via chat to make an appointment and Ryan was out by 11:30 to do the repairs. I used Precision a few years back to repair an old garage door opener which bought me time before replacing it. This time it broke for good so I called Precision Door again and they had a technician to my house within 2 hours! He went over everything with me to make sure what I wanted and the costs involved with each option. He then replaced my opener within half an hour or so! He then went over all instructions and demonstrated the door opener working. It is so smooth and quiet! My wife and I are extremely thankful to Precision Doors and specifically, Sam our technician!

Google search for our area. First one I called and could get out same day. Your google ad said same day service and my car was stuck in the garage. Could have got out but needed a 2nd person. Came out in 3.5 hours and fixed in 5. Gave me 3 options on fixing and let me choose. No pressure on ether one.
