Great service. I had an issue with my door operator, no longer working. The serviceman explained my options and was able to finish the job that day. He was able to replace my opener with a new upgraded product that had a lifetime warranty (belt drive). He was very friendly and explained everything well. Good, fast and clean service. The servicemen that came were so nice & courteous. I have seen your ads on TV & thought I'd give you a try. So happy I did. I called at 3:30 & was given an appt that very same day between 4-6. They called at 5:30 & apologized for the delay, but there was no need as I was thrilled with the efficient way how quickly everything was handled. From my first phone call till they arrived. My problem was solved in no time at all. So, in 2 1/2 hours from my phone call my garage door was fixed. I can't express enough how glad I am to have called you. Please let the 2 service men know how pleased I am. They are a huge asset to your company.
