Kyle and Jason were unable to fix my problem with my Genie 900 opener. I admit my garage is a mess but they had ample room to get to opener and wall switch. I was asked "so exactly what is it you would like me to do?" To which I replied, "well, by that question, I can tell this isn't going to go well" (obviously I wanted them to fix it, it was an electrical problem.). I sensed from the get go they really weren't keen on trying to fix it nor putting in a new one. But then having to pay $53.44 and then sign multiple signatures didn't leave me with a good experience.

I received professional, outstanding service today! I received a call to let me know when they were coming to fix my issue within the time frame I was told over the phone. Jordan was beyond knowledgeable of what needed fixed and went above and beyond to explain what he was going to fix, writing down prices so I could see what he was going to do. It would have been less expensive to have the logistic board replaced in our old unit but with times what they are, you can't get parts. We had little alternative but to replace the whole opener unit. Ryan made that change out quickly and with little to no mess and did his best to make it less painful.

We pulled into our driveway from being gone 3 months and we’re not able to open our garage door. When we then noticed our door springs had broken. It was very cold and on the weekend. Looked up Precision and they were able to come out the next day Sunday and fixed it within a hour and a half of my call. Wow, he was so great and we were able to get our car inside
