The servicemen that came were so nice & courteous. I have seen your ads on TV & thought I'd give you a try. So happy I did. I called at 3:30 & was given an appt that very same day between 4-6. They called at 5:30 & apologized for the delay, but there was no need as I was thrilled with the efficient way how quickly everything was handled. From my first phone call till they arrived. My problem was solved in no time at all. So, in 2 1/2 hours from my phone call my garage door was fixed. I can't express enough how glad I am to have called you. Please let the 2 service men know how pleased I am. They are a huge asset to your company.

Service was professional, efficient, friendly, and fairly priced. I called one of the 24 hr places initially and they couldn’t provide service for 3 days. Precision also had a similar wait, but they went out of their way to schedule me the next day. I highly recommend Precision.

Garage door broke a few weeks ago. I'm an existing customer. I Called someone last night and they had someone out here tonight. I called to have an estimate done when the two service techs arrived they said they can fix the repair tonight. I was very happy. The job took less then an hour and was fixed. Couldn't be happier. Totally recommend Precision.

Precision Door stuck in my mind from previously seeing a commercial on TV. I was kind of in a panic as my car was in the garage and the door was down. I called in and a very pleasant, friendly gal answered the phone. In a very quick conversation she assured me that she could get a repairman out yet that afternoon, probably in 4 to 6 hours. She told me he would call about 30 minutes before coming. Well, it wasn't 4 hours, it was 2 hours and relief was on it's way in the person of Bryce, a very professional and knowledgeable service tech.

Kyle did an excellent job! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He walked through everything he was seeing before making repairs and gave me options for repairing my door. He walked through all of the repairs he completed prior to collecting payment. He also alerted me of another worn part that I was unaware of. I chose not to make that repair today but they’ll be the first ones I’ll call when I need my next repair or replacement door.
