I apologize for not sending this sooner. When I called Precision, I never expected to get a new garage door opener and have it installed the same day. Your technician, Kyle, did a great job in explaining and installing the opener and how everything worked. He was courteous and efficient. I don’t know where you can get better service then this. Knowledgeable, not pushy and seemed to be trustworthy. This was the only company I called that actually could come out today (called Precision about 3 pm and they were here before 5 pm) as advertised. Three other big name garage door companies told me the soonest they could come would be Monday afternoon (yet their ads said same day service) Also was able to get 30 day quote if I decide to replace some parts that likely will need replacing without being charged another service charge.

On-time service. Very friendly technician. We had garage door opener issues and some worn out rollers. The opener needed replacing, and so did the rollers. All service completed in about an hour, and new opener purrs like a kitten.

They did a complete exam of my garage door and opener as well as the sad news that it all need replaced.(its 53 years old)they were very understanding when I explained we would take their estimate along with several others to our bank and would get back to them at a later date. We were able to have the garage door (broken spring) fixed the same morning that it broke. When Blake arrived, on time, he gave the door a quick inspection. He showed me a cable that was badly worn and frayed as well as some rollers that were worn out. He made the all the repairs and tested it and was done in an hour. The garage door hasn’t operated this smoothly in years.

We called to schedule a service for our garage springs to be replaced. Our appointment was set for the same day as the call between 2&4pm. At 12:50pm I received a call from the technician that he could head my way earlier then expected, arriving within 20 mins to be exact which was wonderful. After an inspection there of course was more that needed to be repaired then met the eye. Kyle walked us through a variety of options and was more then happy to answer all the questions we had. Kyle was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! When the work was done he showed us everything and tested it out a couple times before he left. We were happy to hear that there were payment options, not many companies will accommodate in this area most times. Fortunately we didn’t have to utilize this but great to know for future. We will be reaching out to Precision with all our future garage needs.
