Eric came out to check out why my remotes weren't working with new batteries in them. Both the inside button and the outside pad worked. He discovered the problem, documented it and made warranty recommendations in case this happens again. All 3 remotes now work. I've had previous experience with Precision taking care of my garage door needs and have always been impressed with their level of service. The technician showed up on time, was professional, described what was needed to fix my garage door and what it would cost prior to starting the work. Overall, it was a great experience, and the price was more than fair.

Sunday morning and my primary door wouldn't open. I called the company I used for over 10 years and they would not come out on a Sunday. I remember watching ads for Precision, specifically their "no extra charge on weekends).....music to my ears. The representative that answered the call could not have been more friendly and efficient and scheduled a tech for an hour and a half later. She asked if I would be available earlier if he could make it earlier, and that he would call before coming. He did call and come well before the scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, he asked that I give him time to take photos and complete a thorough diagnostic of the door and all it's parts in order to give me an estimate an options. Then he gave me a very detailed and understandable explanation for his concerns (everything on the door was original from 1993 except the door opener and springs). What he was suggesting was for safety and longevity, validating the expense. I authorized the work and he completed everything in approximately an hour and again reviewed all he had done and tested the door a few times while I watched. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I highly recommend Scott and Precision!!!!!

My door jumped the track on a Friday night. I called Precision for the first time. They set an appointment for me for Saturday morning. Adam called me at 8:10am and was at my house by 8:30. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly, and didn't sell me parts I didn't need. Adam was professional and kind. I'll definitely be calling back to Precision when needed and requesting Adam. Precision Door made the whole process of getting my broken springs replaced SO easy! I booked an appointment online (super easy to do) and they sent text messages to keep me updated on everything. My technician was Nathan, and he was prompt, professional and efficient. Great service provided today. I needed a garage keypad replaced. Called in the morning and Desiree offered the 4:00-6:00 pm slot with possibility of earlier if I would be available. Cody arrived at 3:20 pm after giving me 20-25 minutes’ notice. Very personable and efficient service. Will definitely use this company again.

Precision Garage Door Service came to my house to do routine maintenance on my garage doors. They were on-time, thorough and totally professional. The Service Tech that worked on garage doors was terrific. Adam Looman was very thorough, explained everything in great detail and was very honest about his recommendations. I would highly recommend Adam and Precision to anyone looking for garage door service or repair. They were great to work with and very reasonably priced. The two technician's were very polite and knowledgeable and explained what was recommended and why. After the project was completed they explained how everything worked as the old garage door opener was old and needed updated and programed. They also replaced some needed parts. I had a problem with my Genie outdoor key pad garage door opener. I thought that I just needed to replace the batteries but apparently it had become disconnected to my overhead opener. After trying to contact Genie about the problem without success, I called Precision Garage Doors who had done the install of the overhead opener and key pad a couple of years ago. They agreed to come out and look at the key pad and determine why it was no longer working since it wasn't a battery problem. Eric came to my residence and quickly determined that the key pad was no longer activating the overhead opener and had to be re-synched. He completed the process quickly and my key pad was operational again. The best part, no charge for the service! Precision is my go to business for any problems with my garage doors. Great service and good people to work with.
