When our garage door quit on a Sunday afternoon, Worth responded in less than two hours, gave a thorough explanation of his findings after inspection, and presented our options clearly. I needed a new seal on the bottom of the garage door so I contacted Precision Service and was provided fats service. Shawn, the technician, was prompt & very courteous . He noticed a few issues that weren’t a major factor but could possibly cause problems in the future. There was no pressure for me to do anything more than replacing the seal but looking ahead I chose to have a lot more done mainly to give me peace of mind. I definitely would recommend Precision Services.

We had an issue with our garage door where it wasn’t connecting to our opener. Precision Door came out the next day to check it out! Scott was extremely helpful and walked us through everything that was going on with our garage door. He didn’t push us to go with a certain repair and even did some extra things for us which was super nice! I’d highly recommend using this company if you need any repairs done on your garage!

Technician showed up for appointment on time, was courteous and explained conditions of the garage door and what was needed. Also took the time to go over what was done after the work was complete. My issues with Precision was that (1) they were not able to send someone out in an emergency when I couldn't open my garage door so that I could get to an appointment and (2) When asked, the technician stated that the warranty was transferrable and all that was needed was for the new owner to call in. This was important as I am thinking of downsizing and moving. The invoice I received after the repairs were done, stated the warranty was not transferrable. The door appears to be operating smoothly upon the technician's departure.
