Spring on our garage door broke. Called Precision at 5 pm on a Sunday, technician came out at 8:30 am Monday morning and had repair done by 10:30 am. Kyle Muyskens did a complete inspection, gave us options and fixed the problem all in one trip exceeding our expectations on how quickly they could come and fix the problem.

Thank goodness we were able to get same-day service. We were given a pretty decent warranty on the parts and a substantial coupon to help cover the cost. Regarding the problems our garage door had incurred; the technician was very professional, informative, and honest. The garage door now works like a charm. Thank you so much! Howard (Bud) Kernes

Garage door issue was not diagnosed with any certainty. Technician wanted to install several parts hoping this would solve the issue. We decided we did not have a definitive solution to our problem so we are getting a second opinion.

Jordan was fantastic to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issues with our 20-year-old garage doors, proposed several options, and completed a full replacement of the garage door openers and key components of the doors themselves by early afternoon. He was very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured into any particular choice. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone based on our experience.

Your technician, Kyle Muyskens, was here within an hour of calling g to request a service visit. Kyle was professional and friendly. After explaining my concern with the door opener Kyle made his assessment. He provided a detailed explanation of what all he assessed and his conclusions. He answered all my questions and provided me short term and long term solutions. He was respectful of my home and made sure he cleaned up the garage after his repair work. Kyle is a great representative for “Percision”!
