Kyle is the absolute man. This is the third time he's been out to our place.He always has a genuine smile and is so polite and efficient as heck. He said 3 hours for reinforcing the door, adjusting the suspension accordingly due to the additional weight and replacing the outdated motor, which involved installing a new keypad on the outside, a new button on the inside and programming the new openers for me and my boyfriend to have in our car. He was there early, and had it done in less than two hours, and he did it singlehandedly in 20 degree weather. Because of his knowledge and skill he saved us almost 2 grand but finding a way to fix the door without us having to replace it. He is seriously the best. 10 outta 10 would definitely recommend.

Called in at 4:29 pm Monday to a very polite and professional call center lady (sorry I forgot her name). She helped me schedule an appointment for Tuesday morning 8-10am. Bryce called ahead of arriving. He was timely, professional and was quick to troubleshoot our issue. We needed two new “eyes”. We highly recommend Precision. They have helped us now with what is our 3rd house/garage door issue.

I called Precision Door because of a previous excellent experience with them. I called on a Saturday evening when the springs from a previous company went bad. I was able to save my insulated door and the service person named Worth Henry was very polite, knowledgeable, explained my options and warrantee differences. My door was repaired in less than twenty hours on a cold January morning. Worth represented the company extremely well!!!

On time, personable repairman...pointed out things I knew needed done and nothing extra...took time to tell me why and what for and not knowing I knew how to do it, just didn't want to do it, he told me exactly what I needed and nothing more...Lifetime guarantee is a good thing also...might be a bit more expensive than others BUT you do get what you pay for...good show Precision...

We chose Precision Garage Door because you had done some work on our door several years ago and we were happy with the service then. Kyle Muyskens quickly analyzed our problem and determined that the 20-year old opener had broken its sprocket and needed to be replaced. He showed me two options and installed the one I chose. He removed the old machine and installed a new Genie, with new chain and drive parts. He worked very quickly, and showed me how to use the new equipment. I called to ask for garage door broken spring repair. After I explained the situation, the lady who picked up the phone said the price could be around $90-$189 with no labor fee. Next day, Scott the technician came and estimate the cost for me, it went up to nearly $1000 for he said the company would not change that type of spring but my garage system (not include the automatic opener) needed to be changed. I decided not to have it done at the time, but I really appreciated the free estimation and Scott is a nice guy. Thank you.
