Representative from Precision came out, he was very nice. He took several pictures & quoted me $1300.00 to fix my garage door. Told him I couldn't afford that... And he left. Before he left, I asked if Precision was associated with AHS (American Home Shield) He said no. I called AHS, and they sent me a representative from a competitor. After his assessment, he told me my Garage door wasn't broke at all, and that "something" just came loose. The gentleman did the quick fix with the materials that were still attached to the door, greased & lubricated everything and left. (no charge)

We had Precision Door come out to evaluate our 2 garage doors. They did replace all rollers, cables and one door overhead spring system. Great job totally happy. After a few weeks one door would drop down a little, right at my head height. They came out and did a 10 minute adjustment no charge no problem. Appreciate the professional treatment thru it all. Highly recommend Precision.

Sam Mathis was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was respectful and courteous. He pointed out the bearings, rollers, and cables that have the wear and tear on them. The broken torsion spring was replaced in good time. The 5-year warranty on parts is a plus. We received a coupon in the mail for $20 off labor. Quick response played into our selection of Precision.

Walked out the door Saturday morning and realized the opener control was not working. Called Precision to see if they could help remedy the problem. Stated they would come out that afternoon and a tech would call us when he was on his way. Fortunately enough he was in the area and was able to come that morning. Fixed the problem and went above and beyond by providing maintenance to our garage door. This wasn't our first time calling Precision for service. We had called around the holidays several years ago for a broken spring on our garage door and again it was resolved in a timely manner without breaking the bank! Outstanding customer service. We called at 3:20pm with a garage door that would not open. Within 8 minutes Jordan called and said he was on his way. He arrived at 3:45 and was finished installing a new spring and cable by 5:00. He did a thorough job of investigating the problem and kept me informed with everything he did. Precision Doors replaced my door opener 4-5 yrs ago. I like it so much that I had them replace my garage door this week. I am amazed at how nice it is! They did excellent work and the door is nicely sealed all the way around it. I also purchased the extended warranty which is for 15 yrs. That will take care of me for a long time!

Jordan did a great job. The lower seal on the door was probably the original seal...and getting it out and a new seal installed was more difficult and time consuming than any of us anticipated...requiring some additional help and different seal. However the guys from Precision got it done and did a great job. When I get new doors...Precision will be at the top of my list. Thanks
