I called with an issue of my garage door motor not operating, a technician was able to come out in 10 to 30 minutes and called me when he was close to my home, which I really appreciated. The technician who came was named Worth Henry and he was worth his weight in gold as he was very knowledgeable and figured out my issue within two minutes of looking at the situation. He was kind enough to explain to me what went wrong and showed me what to do if it happened again. I was charged for the basic service charge and the tech also pointed out that there was only one spring on my garage door and because it is a double door there should be two springs and suggested I get a spring installed on the other side so that I don't end up wearing out the only spring on the door as it is getting over worked. He gave me an estimate for that and said call us if you want to get this fixed as well. I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service as they are prompt, honest, helpful and are reasonably priced. I booked an appointment because they had a $0 service fee diagnostic. I have worked on garage doors as a homeowner changing springs etc but this issue has me perplexed. When Sam got there he was professional and told me what he thought was the issue so I decided to just have him fix it while he was there. Turned out he was spot on with his diagnosis and after an hour of work had the door opening and closing very well. I feel like it was money well spent and gave me more knowledge about garage doors than I previously had. Thank you Sam Mathis.

tech came on time. His Picture sent in advance.... a great security measure in this day and age, especially for seniors. He spent time listening to customer, then did general diagnostics to problem solve. Gave reasonable explanation of issues and most economical options for remedy. Not cheap, but no high pressure sales tactics. Felt that he really knew his job. I would recommend this company again.

My opener was noisy, the spring was in poor shape and the tracks were out of alignment because I tried to open the door with a lock engaged. The outside weather gaskets were cut too short so they were not working at all. Grant Sagan, the technician from Precision Garage Door Service asked me to tell him what was going on. He outlined everything that was needed and quoted me a fair price even though a return trip would be required for the new door gaskets. The work that was performed was done in a very professional manner at a fair price and exceeded our expectations. We appreciate all the people at Precision Garage Door Service and would highly recommend them for any Garage door issues you could have. They have earned our continued, future business.
