Jordan did a great job. The lower seal on the door was probably the original seal...and getting it out and a new seal installed was more difficult and time consuming than any of us anticipated...requiring some additional help and different seal. However the guys from Precision got it done and did a great job. When I get new doors...Precision will be at the top of my list. Thanks

Thorough in inspection and timely estimate/quote with several options for repairs. New type of springs: torsion replacement. Worked efficiently and finished in allotted time frame he said it would take. Price was more than I was expecting, but since I don’t have the knowledge and know how of these types of repairs, it must be what it is now. Overall, a wonderful experience. Excellent response. The buttons in my wife's car stopped working. I could not determine how to get them reconnected to the door opener. They set me up for an appointment the next day but called to inform me that it would be another day due to a job that ran longer than anticipated. We finally agreed on them coming out late int he afternoon but I received a call that they had a tech who would be there during the initially agreed time span. Tech arrived and very shortly had the button in my wife's car working. Very pleased as always. I have used their services in the past and have never been disappointed.

We chose Precision because their website specifically advertised that they repair garage door openers. I appreciated the ability to schedule an appointment online, and the technician arrived right at the appointed time. Once our opener was evaluated, the technician (Sam) explained the problem was with the internal electronics and why it would cost more to fix than replace. With no pressure, he explained the options. Once we decided that the best option was to replace the unit, he had everything installed in about an hour. He programmed the car remotes and the keypad for us and went through the warranty information. Sam was very patient with our questions and very professional and polite.
