We needed a repair due to a broken spring and were able to make an appointment to get someone out within a couple of hours. In addition to replacing the springs, we decided to make some hardware upgrades to our over 30 year old unit. The whole fix/upgrade process took just a few hours and couldn't have gone any smoother. Great service hours and ability to book on line. The tech (Worth) quickly observed my situation (garage door would not open). He ask some background questions about the existing equipment, including the age of the equipment, and we determined the best solution and he got to work. He was efficient and explained his work, including an additional support bar onto the garage door. Totally satisfied !!

We called Precision Door this morning around 6 am as we had a spring break on our 16’ door. Phone was answered by an agent who took my information and scheduled a time for mid morning today for a crew to come out to repair. Company sent out Kyle Muyskens and his assistant to repair the work and answer questions that I had. We also were having issues with a wall switch on the same door. Kyle took the time to look at the door, advise of recommendations and what the cost would be all in a very professional manner. After accepting the work bid they proceeded to make the required changes. Door is operating much quieter and smoother then before and he had the wall switch. Having all the parts in his truck to do and finish the job speaks a lot for this company. I could not have received any better customer service. Great guys that handled the work. And they cleaned up after themselves!!! Thanks guys for a job well done

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the response was when our garage door stopped working first thing in the morning. Communication was great the entire time and I was even more surprised that our repairs were able to be completed the same day as the inspection was done. We had seen advertisements on TV and were unhappy with the last company we had do a repair for us. Kyle was our serviceman. He was very personable and easy to work with and understood what we needed. He installed a new door opener along with other necessary changes for us. He also paired up my wife's car to all 3 or our garages because she was only paired up with one.

We got up to go out with the car and the garage door would not work. We call Precision and within an hour or so they had someone come out and see what the problem was. It was determined that due to the age of the opener, it was best to replace most of the parts. We were given an invoice of what it would cost. The person had all the replacement parts with him, and within 2 hours he was done. The employee was very friendly and easy to work with. We were given treatment options and no pressure to buy what might not be needed. You can hardly hear our door go up and down now. I would recommend them.
