A neighbor recommended them and I received a coupon packet in the mail and one of them was for Precision. Technician was very informative and willing to work with me. I appreciated his input. The last time I gave a rating for someone I got a response of "why didn't you rate them 5 stars if they did what you wanted". Well, I never give anyone 5 stars until I've worked with them for a while and nothing goes wrong. As far as I am concerned they were doing their job. Makes no difference what I think, unless they did something wrong.

Although I have only opened and closed my two garage doors a few times since Grant finished replacing all the rollers, springs, and safety lines, his diligent and expert work has resulted in a quiet, smooth operation of our very old garage doors on a very old track. In fact Grant found a tag identifying the doors and track as having been manufactured in 1936 by Overhead Door Company, which must be correct as my house was built in 1937 and 1938. My kudos to Precision Door Service for restoring the mechanical operations of our almost ancient garage doors to work perfectly with our modern garage door openers!

We are impressed with customer service of Precision Garage. I booked our appointment online and had our technician Shawn at our house the very next day. The communication before the appointment was great by texting us updates on Shawn’s arrival. Shawn was courteous, knowledgeable and gave us a couple of options to choose from. He had everything needed in his vehicle so we did not have to set up another appointment. The work that was done is excellent and the instructions provided to us in person and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this business.

This is the first time with this company.They came out on time and explained into detail what they felt was needed to repair the garage door.Grant was the technician who came out and was very friendly and easy to work with.He went far and beyond on this visit He also cleaned up the area he was working in! After our home was done in late afternoon he had several other homes to go to still that day and never complained even in the Hot weather! I would recommend this company!

I am so very pleased with the very prompt service I received! My garage door opener did not work and after several tries, I called Precision and within 45 minutes he arrived. However, just before he arrived i tried it again and it worked! My neighbor was here and had tried to find the problem and cleaned cobwebs off the door. The technician came and checked things out and all was ok! I apologized for calling him out here and he was very kind and assured me that I should call anytime if I have an issue with my door. What a relief to know my garage door is ok and to have someone come out to check it for me so quickly. A few weeks ago, my neighbor had trouble with his door and I told him to call Precision and he was very pleased with the service he received. Thank you so much for being a great company to rely on.

Late last night, we discovered that our garage door would not close using the garage door opener. I was very pleased to discover that there were early morning appointments available when I went on to the website to schedule my appointment. Shawn Assman did a nice job explaining to me what troubleshooting he had done prior to determining. I would need a new motor and garage door opener. Late this afternoon, I headed out of my home to run some errands. I get into my car in my garage, and my garage door will not open, I get out of my car go to the button on the wall and press it nothing. Long story short, I called Precision. The gal who answered the phone was professional, compassionate and sweet. She told me she could have someone out within an hour and a half. Thrilled does not express my happiness. I was sent a bio and a photo of the tech who would be coming, Grant showed up professional, friendly, intelligent and clean - what a sweet gentleman. He located our problem, was able to repair it, and assisted with a couple of other things with the garage door that were going bad as well. What an awesome experience!!!
