First time working with Precision. I was able to get a technician out to my house the same day as my call, which was awesome. Grant Sagan was great to work with. He did an excellent job explaining the issue and recommending a solution. He completed repair work and installation of a new spring promptly and did a fantastic job. Our garage door works better than ever. I highly recommend Grant!

I had an amazing experience with Precision Garage Door Service. I called with my problem, and within one hour a technician was out to assess the issue. I was having problems with my 45+ year door opener and I called to get an estimate at 4.55pm. By 5.15 Jordan was in my driveway looking at the issue. In the process of giving me a quote, he adjusted the opener and it is working again. I may not buy a new one until this dies, but I will be sure to buy it from Precision. It took no more than ten minutes for a full inspection and a very detailed overview of what was wrong, what wasn’t, what would need fixed later and then we got a few quotes and then the garage fixed all within an hour.
